Enso is an offline shift-scheduling app for iPhone and iPad. It uses Google OR-Tools to generate balanced rosters from the people, shifts and rules you define, then presents them as calendars, Gantt views and PDF sheets. Key features • Automatic scheduling with CP-SAT constraint solving: fixed shifts, rest-day gaps, conflicting shifts and workload weighting • Shift configuration: demand count, post-shift rest days, eligible staff groups, same-day concurrency and shift priority • Staff management: groups, profile notes, phone numbers, blocked dates and weekdays, preferred days and maximum shifts • Preflight diagnostics: detect coverage gaps before generating a schedule and explain which constraints may not be satisfiable • Partial re-solve: after a manual edit, recompute affected dates with a diff preview before saving • Drafts and saved schedules: keep editing in a working draft, then archive confirmed rosters • Calendar and Gantt views with adjustable per-day shift density • Per-staff workload statistics • PDF export: preview, share or print roster sheets with tappable phone links • Built-in Chinese public-holiday data, with optional weighting in the scheduler • Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English interface; iPhone and iPad; portrait and landscape Privacy and data • No account required, no tracking, no ads and no third-party analytics SDKs • Schedule data stays on your device by default • Optional iCloud sync and sharing are handled by Apple iCloud; the developer cannot access your schedule data • Optional anonymous solver diagnostics are off by default and can be enabled in Settings to help improve scheduling performance. They do not include names, shift titles, schedule contents or identity information. Made for • Hospital wards, clinics, nursing stations and on-call rotations • Small restaurant, retail and customer-service teams • Security, logistics and night-shift teams that need rest-interval rules • Anyone who wants to plan and print a roster offline on iPad Subscription (Enso Pro) • 7-day free trial, then automatic renewal at the price shown on the App Store • Monthly and yearly plans available • Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions • Terms: https://ensoshift.online/terms • Privacy: https://ensoshift.online/privacy Feedback: feedback@ensoshift.online
Quench
Read full descriptionHide full description
Quench turns "what's the heat treat for this steel?" into a complete, equipment-aware schedule. Pick a steel, enter blade thickness and target hardness, and tell Quench the gear you own. Get a complete plan: preheat, austenitize temperature and thickness-scaled soak, an equipment-aware quench, cryo when required, and temper temperatures for your target HRC. Inspect the sources and reasoning behind your schedule. FROM DATASHEET TO SCHEDULE - Each steel is a structured record from manufacturer datasheets, carrying its source list and last-verified date. - Soak time scales to your blade thickness, not to an industrial section. - The quench stage picks the best option you own - and honestly blocks with alternatives when your gear can't do a steel justice. - Stainless in forge mode is refused, with the reason. A cryo-required steel will not render a schedule without its cryo stage. RUN THE DAY - HT Session Mode runs a schedule stage by stage with countdown timers and a Live Activity showing the current stage and next action. CLOSE THE LOOP - Every run is logged with its schedule, stage actuals, quench used, measured HRC, outcome tags, and photos. - One tap re-runs a proven batch exactly. - Log your measured hardness and Quench learns your shop's offset per steel, then compensates the next schedule. FREE - Six starter steels with complete schedules: 1084, 1095, 80CrV2, 5160, O1, AEB-L. - HT Session Mode and the Live Activity. - Five batch logs, your shop profile, and the safety and sourcing surfaces. PRO - The full steel corpus - 40 cited steels at launch (growing), each with a complete thickness-scaled, equipment-aware schedule. - Temper solver - solve temper temperatures for your target HRC within the reachable range. Re-temper a blade that's too hard; a blade that's too soft requires re-heat-treating, because tempering cannot add hardness. - Kiln program export - any schedule as a ramp/setpoint/hold segment table, shared as text or PDF. - Personal HRC calibration - your measured batches teach Quench your shop's per-steel offset. - Custom steels - author your own steel records in the same schema, badged as your data. - Unlimited batch logs, beyond the free tier's five. - Side-by-side comparison of two steels' full process records. - Home and Lock Screen widgets for the session countdown and last-batch re-run. - Batch share cards - blade photo, steel, schedule summary, and measured HRC. HOW THE NUMBERS ARE MADE Quench is rule-based. Every temperature, time, medium, and temper curve is compiled from manufacturer datasheets and public references as facts, cited per steel. Quench schedules - it never certifies or guarantees an outcome. Always verify against your steel supplier's current datasheet. YOUR SHOP, YOUR RECORDS Your steels, schedules, and batches live on your iPhone. There is no account and nothing to sign up for. Quench uses Apple StoreKit for Pro product information, offer eligibility, purchases, and restoration. Designed exclusively for iPhone. SUBSCRIPTION & PURCHASE - Lifetime: a one-time purchase that unlocks every Pro feature - the corpus grows, your price doesn't. - Yearly: auto-renewing. A free trial is shown only when Apple confirms eligibility and an offer is available; its duration and the price afterward are displayed before purchase. Existing Monthly subscriptions remain supported and can be managed in your Apple Account subscription settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Any unused free-trial portion is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
