About

LienClock

LienClock calculates supported U.S. mechanics lien and payment-bond deadlines from actual project events. CALCULATE AND TRACK Choose the state, your contracting role and the actual project type. Confirm the statutory conditions and enter the furnishing, completion, notice or acceptance dates required for that scenario. Texas monthly notices use each unpaid furnishing month. Expand Calculation basis to review event dates, timing rules, holiday treatment and official sources. Blockers explain the reason and next step. Unsupported conditions stop calculation; public projects never receive property-lien filing dates. Save a calculation as a project, schedule local reminders, export a calendar file, or use Pro to add dates directly to iPhone Calendar. Projects flag past-due dates, rules needing review and reminders needing setup. Pending reminder status reflects this iPhone; delivery depends on iOS. Track upcoming saved dates with Pro widgets. REFERENCE COVERAGE AND CALCULATION SCOPE The reference library covers all 50 states, DC and the Federal Miller Act. Automatic calculations cover selected scenarios and vary by state, role and project type. Private-project rules include supported subcontractor scenarios in all 50 states and DC; other roles, remedies and exceptions have narrower coverage. Selected public-project scenarios span 50 states and DC, with limited role, regime and remedy coverage. HI/IN/MT/NM provide claim or notice dates only; IN covers local held-contract-fund claims. SD covers mandatory-bond failure and joining an existing claimant bond action. KY/MO/WV action limits require confirmed accrual and bond conditions. Unverified remedies and calendar boundaries require review, including with Pro. Federal Miller Act calculations require an applicable federal payment bond and a supported claimant tier; public ownership or federal funding alone does not establish coverage. Verified rules apply supported weekend and holiday extensions. Unverified calendars, extraordinary closures, tolling and exceptions require individual review. FREE AND PRO Free includes supported calculations in CA, TX, FL, NY, IL and PA, plus the Federal Miller Act; one saved project; calendar-file export; custom local reminders at 30, 14, 7, 3, 1 or 0 days before a deadline; and optional biometric App Lock. Pro unlocks supported calculations beyond the six free states, Calendar direct write, widgets, unlimited saved projects, calculation history and the state rule reference viewer. Purchasing Pro does not make unsupported scenarios available. Pro Annual: $9.99 USD per year. Eligible customers may receive a 14-day free trial. Pro Lifetime: $19.99 USD once, with no renewal. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Eligible trials convert to the paid yearly subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before trial end. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Apple handles refund requests. The purchase screen shows Apple's current localized price and applicable offer. ON YOUR IPHONE No login, account, analytics or cloud sync. Project data stays on this iPhone. Calendar and notification permissions are requested when you use those features. There is no built-in JSON backup or import. Standard iOS device backups may include saved projects. Previously exported Calendar events remain independent and need manual review after rule updates or app deletion. iPhone only. REFERENCE ONLY Statutes and their interpretation can change. LienClock does not recommend filing strategies, draft claims, predict outcomes or guarantee deadlines. Consult a licensed construction attorney for your facts and filing decisions. About

SymboCalc

Features

SymboCalc is a symbolic calculator that gives you exact answers, not just decimals. Factor a polynomial, solve an equation for a variable, differentiate, integrate, invert a matrix, then plot the result... all in one app, all on your device. EXACT BY DEFAULT Results stay exact: 1/3 is 1/3, not 0.3333. Radicals, fractions and complex numbers are kept symbolic and typeset as real mathematics, with stacked fractions, proper radicals and matrix brackets. Tap any answer to switch it to a decimal, and tap again to switch back. ALGEBRA Expand, factor, simplify, collect, partial fractions, proper fractions, common denominators, polynomial division and GCD, trigonometric expansion and collection. CALCULUS Derivatives to any order, indefinite and definite integrals, limits including one-sided limits and limits at infinity, Taylor series, summations and products in closed form, arc length, numeric derivatives and integrals, and differential equations with initial conditions. EQUATIONS Solve exactly or numerically, over the reals or the complex numbers. Systems of equations, polynomial roots, and a dedicated numeric solver where you fill in what you know and solve for the rest. MATRICES AND VECTORS Determinants, inverses, rank, RREF, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, characteristic polynomials, LU and QR, null space, dot and cross products — with symbolic entries, not just numbers. GRAPHING Functions, implicit equations, inequalities, parametric curves, polar curves, sequences, differential equations with slope fields, and rotatable 3D surfaces. Pan and pinch, trace, and find zeros, minima, maxima, inflection points, intersections, tangents and areas. Logarithmic axes and sliders for free parameters are built in. STATISTICS One- and two-variable statistics, ten regression models from linear to logistic and sinusoidal, and the normal, t, chi-square, F, binomial and Poisson distributions. MORE Unit conversion with dimensional analysis and physical constants. Base and bitwise arithmetic in hex and binary. Time-value-of-money and cash-flow functions. A programming language with loops and conditionals. Tables of values. Saved worksheets you can export as PDF. BUILT FOR TYPING MATHS One keypad, no modes. A strip of operations sits above it — solve, factor, expand, d/dx, integral — and the full function browser is one tap away, with an example you can run for every function. The letter keyboard is there when you need a name, and gone when you do not. PRIVATE BY DESIGN SymboCalc collects nothing and makes no network requests. There is no account, no tracking and no advertising. Your work stays on your device.
