Snailbox turns paper mail into something you can actually track. Snap a photo of a letter or bill, and Snailbox tells you who it's from, what it wants, how much, and by when, so nothing slips through the cracks. It's built for the mail that still comes on paper: utility bills, medical bills, insurance notices, tax and DMV letters. No bank connection, no email access, no account to create. HOW IT WORKS - Scan it. Point your camera at the letter and Snailbox takes the shot when the page is steady. Multi-page letters stay together, and you can scan a whole stack in one sitting. - Snailbox reads it. You get the sender, amount due, due date, and category, plus a few plain-English sentences about what the letter is and what to do. Anything it isn't sure about gets flagged, and every field can be edited. - See what needs attention. The inbox puts the soonest deadline on top. The Money tab adds up what's overdue, what's due this week, and what's due this month. - Stay on top of it. Get a reminder with the amount and the date, and mark a bill paid or snooze it right from the notification. MORE THAN A SCANNER - Recurring bills. When the same biller shows up twice, Snailbox offers to track it, and tells you when that bill's letter should have arrived but hasn't been scanned. - Mail-day check-in. Once a week, on the day your mail usually comes, Snailbox asks if anything new showed up. - Where to pay. A link to the biller's own payment page when Snailbox recognizes the biller or finds one on the letter. Snailbox never handles your money. - Search, Ask, and export. Search every letter, ask "What's due this week?", export scans as PDF or all your letters as CSV. - Home Screen widget with your next bill, and Face ID lock. PRIVACY Letters are read on your iPhone first: by Apple's on-device model on iPhones with Apple Intelligence, and by Snailbox's built-in reader on others. Your letters are stored on your phone and in your own private iCloud database, which the developer can't access. When a letter can't be read on the phone, it can be read in the cloud: only its recognized text is sent, never the photo, and on the free plan only after you say yes. No ads, no tracking. FREE - Scan and read letters and bills - Inbox sorted by what's due next - Reminders on the due date - Money overview and recurring bill tracking - Search, PDF and CSV export, widget - 5 cloud reads a month for letters your iPhone can't read SNAILBOX PRO - Cloud reading for every letter your iPhone can't read on its own - Reminders 1 day, 3 days, or a week before the due date - Add due dates to your calendar - Forecast for tracked bills: usual cost, expected date, and the next three months - Translate a letter into your language, on your device Snailbox Pro is $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year; the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your App Store account settings. Snailbox reads English-language mail. It can misread a letter, so check the amount and date on anything important before you pay.
