Orbit is a routine app for ADHD brains — the ones that know exactly what to do and still can't start. Instead of a checklist staring back at you, Orbit gives you an orb: a calm, glowing companion that takes over the moment you tap start. It counts down each step, breathes with you, and quietly celebrates when you finish. No red badges. No guilt. No 47-step setup. WHY IT WORKS WHEN OTHER APPS DON'T • One step at a time — you never see the whole mountain, only the thing you're doing right now • Streak freezes — every 5 days on your streak earns a freeze that covers a missed day. Your progress survives bad days • Start in one tap — or just ask Siri. Move to the next step right from your Lock Screen • Timers that learn — Orbit adapts step durations to how long things actually take you BUILD A ROUTINE IN A MINUTE Start from 25 ready-made routines — morning sunlight, deep work, home reset, home workout, evening wind-down, digital detox and more — then tweak them, or build your own from scratch. Steps can be timed, counted, or simply ticked off. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Steps save to Apple Health by themselves, guessed from their names: a strength workout, mindful minutes, how you feel, brushing your teeth, a glass of water. Link steps into one workout or switch any step off. Orbit asks first and never reads your Health data. THE ORB FOLLOWS YOU Start a routine and it appears on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, counting down each step in real time. Glance, tap to the next step, get back to it. Notifications tell you when a step ends — without pulling you back into your phone. Your Home Screen widget shows what's up next. STREAKS WITHOUT SHAME Streaks, levels and freezes reward showing up, not perfection. Missed days are visible but never punished — because the days you almost didn't open the app are the ones that count. FRIENDS, OPT-IN ONLY Share an invite link or QR code with one friend or ten and see each other's streaks on a private leaderboard. No followers, no algorithm, no strangers. Nothing is shared until you turn it on, and you can turn it off again at any time. MADE TO LOOK CALM Three orb styles plus twelve drawn orbs to earn, 28 colour palettes that shift with the time of day, pure-black backgrounds and soft motion. Full support for Reduce Motion. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything lives on your iPhone. Sync runs through your own private iCloud — we can't read it. Export or delete everything whenever you want. No ads. No trackers. Anonymous usage statistics help us improve Orbit — switch them off anytime in Profile → Data. ORBIT PRO Orbit Pro unlocks the whole app: unlimited routines, every template, all orb styles and palettes, Live Activities, widgets and the friend leaderboard. • Weekly — $2.99 per week, with a 3-day free trial • Yearly — $39.95 per year, with a 1-week free trial • Lifetime — $69.99 once, no subscription Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy. Most habit trackers advertise themselves as being made for ADHD. Then you open the app and see a calendar grid, seventeen tiles, badges, levels, and a streak counter that reminds you of the last time you failed. For a brain already struggling with sensory overload, this isn't an overview—it's just the next stressor. Handful is the antidote. Built by someone with ADHD who spent ten years trying and deleting trackers. This app offers subscriptions. Apple's Standard Terms of Use apply: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ *No streak that can break* Instead of a number that drops to zero with every gap, Handful only counts upward. "Done 340 times" stays "Done 340 times," even after a three-week break. A pause slows down your momentum; it doesn't erase your past achievements. This is precisely the point where most users usually give up entirely. *Always just a handful on your screen* You can create as many as you want, yet you'll never see more than a few tiles at a time. What isn't relevant right now stays parked. No scrolling through everything you theoretically *should* be doing. *Triggers instead of times* "After waking up" works much better for time blindness than "at 8:00 AM." Habits are tied to a real moment in your daily routine, not an alarm you just swipe away. *Skipping without guilt* "Not today" is a normal button, not a failure. The app doesn't tell you what you missed. It says: No worries. And actually means it. *"I'm stuck"* For those moments when the intention is there and yet nothing happens. One tap, and "Workout" turns into "just put on your shoes." For larger tasks, Handful asks you for the tiniest next step instead of demanding a complete plan. *Routines made of small steps* "Morning routine" is a single tile that unfolds when tapped: make bed, glass of water, short movement. Checking them off individually feels better than an abstract checkmark next to a big label. *Also for "Don'ts"* No sugar, no cigarettes, no alcohol. Resolutions like these don't have a moment of action to check off. Handful checks in on them in the evening as a brief recap, without any judgment. *What Handful intentionally leaves out* No calendar view. No confetti animations. No points, no levels, no leaderboards. No comparisons with others. No statistics page that calculates your gaps for you. Handful is not a medical device and does not replace a diagnosis, consultation, or therapy. It is an organizational tool for everyday life.
