ToBeat

ToBeat is an organizer and personal archive for Apple Health ECG records. With your explicit permission, ToBeat uses read-only access to the Apple Health ECG records you choose to share. It displays the original waveform and stored record fields, and calculates a limited set of numerical reference values from the single-lead waveform on your device. KEY FEATURES • Browse Apple Health ECG records by date and time. • Filter by stored Apple Watch classification, local color or hidden state, or PAC, PVC, and T-wave possible-finding markers from the same on-device analysis; save favorites locally. • Swipe through the complete original waveform and optionally show R, PAC, and PVC beat labels produced by the same on-device analysis. • View recorded time, source device, sampling rate, Apple Watch classification, and Apple Watch average heart rate. • Show nine values: HR, R-R, the selected HRV value (RMSSD or SDNN), P, PR, QRS, QRSa, QT, and QTc. The selected HRV metric and actual QTc formula are identified. • Review beat-to-beat heart-rate, HRV, and R-R charts, average-beat P/QRS/T features, five QTc formulas, and a manual QT endpoint tool. • Use paper speed, gain, ruler, measure box, magnifier, beat monitor, detection sensitivity, and four reprocessing display modes. • Review possible findings emitted in original order by that same on-device analysis, and export a PDF with the full waveform, beat labels, stored fields, measurements, and findings. ABOUT THE VALUES ToBeat produces these values on device from the Apple Health record and its single-lead waveform. Raw waveforms are not sent to ToBeat servers for analysis. The exact pipeline accepts 10–30 complete seconds at 250–1000 Hz and uses the full input at its original sampling rate without resampling or truncation. HR is displayed from Apple Health, R-R is derived from that average heart rate, the selected HRV value, P, PR, QRS, QRSa, and QT use the waveform, and QTc uses waveform QT with that heart rate. If the complete nine-value set cannot be produced, unavailable items are identified instead of being filled with estimates. Possible findings, beat charts, and beat labels all come from that same on-device analysis and are for personal reference only, not a medical diagnosis. ToBeat does not provide health/risk scores, treatment or medication advice, or emergency services. Apple Watch classification and average heart rate are clearly attributed and displayed as stored in Apple Health. TOBEAT PRO The free download includes core features. ToBeat Pro provides more history, complete waveform browsing, on-device core values, date filters, favorites, and personal PDF archive tools. Available plans include auto-renewable Monthly, Annual, and Family Annual subscriptions, and one-time Lifetime and Family Lifetime purchases that do not renew.
