WHAT MAKES THREAD DIFFERENT · Two puzzles in one: sort the colors and connect the thread simultaneously · Every puzzle is procedurally generated — infinite variety, always solvable · Swap any dot with any other, or long-hold to rotate pipe pieces · Anchored dots that won't move. Weighted dots that inch forward one step at a time. · A swap limit that gets tighter as you progress — efficiency matters DESIGNED FOR CALM · No ads. No notifications. No streaks. No manipulative mechanics. · Seven handcrafted color palettes inspired by the Pacific Northwest · Original ambient soundtrack composed for the game · Haptics that build to a satisfying crescendo as you trace the final thread · Badges and stats that quietly reward how you play UNLOCK EVERYTHING ONCE The first two tiers are free. One purchase unlocks all current and future content — no subscription, no consumables. Thread is made by Petrichor Games, an independent studio in the Pacific Northwest.

Slide a block left or right. Matching patterns clear when they touch. Rotate the board and gravity does the rest. No timer. No lives. No ads. Just you and the board. THE NUMBERS 400 campaign levels 500 ladder levels 900 unique boards 10 difficulty tiers, from VERY EASY to NIGHTMARE 9 languages EVERY BOARD IS PROVEN Every level was solved by a search engine before it shipped. The 3-star target is the proven minimum number of moves — not an estimate. If it says 6, then 6 is possible and 5 is not. Difficulty is measured, not guessed. Each board carries a score built from its solution depth, how narrow the path is, and how easily a careless move kills the board. That score decides its tier. LADDER Ten rungs, one per difficulty tier. One clock running the whole way. No hints. You need 3 stars to climb. Most players stall somewhere in the middle — that is the point. CAMPAIGN 400 levels grouped into chapters. Special moves unlock as you go: rotate, flip, tumble. Some boards have a broken frame — a block that slides through it is gone for good. DAILY One fresh puzzle every day, the same board for everyone. Keep a streak. Save your result card and share it. NO ADS. NO TRACKING. NO ACCOUNT. Nothing is collected. Nothing is sold. Play offline.
