YourScroll blocks the apps you lose hours to, and challenges you to reflect to get them back. HOW IT WORKS Pick the apps you want to restrict and a daily limit. When that time is up, they lock. The next time you go to use them, YourScroll gives you a prompt to think about instead. Once you have taken a second to write an answer, you can use your apps freely, or decide you would actually rather get on with your day. There are hundreds of carefully curated prompts across ten categories, including Stoicism, Personal Identity, Creative Writing, Social Media, Relationships and Gratitude. Pick the categories you want to see and ignore the rest. Every entry stays in your own personal scroll, a record of all the times you took a second to use your brain. EXTRA FEATURES - Focus sessions. Need to lock in? Block your chosen apps for as long as you need, at any point in the day. - Bedtime. Schedule your apps to switch off at night and protect your sleep. - Banked time. Write while you still have screen time left and bank up to 20 minutes for later. - Strict Lock. For when you do not trust yourself later. With Strict Lock on, weakening any setting means reproducing a 141 word passage exactly. Any mistakes and you start again. PRIVACY - No account, no sign-up, nothing to log into. - Everything you write stays on your phone, because there is nowhere else for it to go. - YourScroll cannot even see which apps you picked. iOS keeps that to itself. PRICING - Free. - No in-app purchases. - No subscription. - No ads.

Remember what you worked on before the details disappear. Iris is a private, local-first work journal that makes it easy to capture small work updates, keep track of your progress, and build a useful record of what you’ve accomplished over time. Record a quick voice note or type an update, and Iris can organize it into clearer highlights, impact, blockers, people, and next steps. As your notes build up, turn your work history into weekly updates, monthly summaries, achievement records, or performance review drafts. With Iris, you can: - Capture quick work notes whenever something worth remembering happens - Record short voice notes and turn them into editable transcripts - Tag notes by project to keep different areas of your work organized - Organize messy notes into highlights, impact, blockers, people, and next steps - See your recent work, activity, and follow-ups from Home - Generate weekly recaps and manager updates - Create monthly summaries and achievement records - Turn your work history into yearly summaries and performance review drafts - Set reminders to build a consistent logging habit Built for the way work actually happens You don’t need to maintain a detailed journal every day. Capture a quick update when something moves forward, you solve a problem, receive useful feedback, unblock someone, or finish something you may want to remember later. Over time, Iris gives you a clearer record of your work β€” without turning work tracking into another heavy productivity system. Private by design Your journal entries and saved summaries are stored locally on your device. AI features are optional and only run when you choose to use them, including voice transcription, note organization, and summary generation. Iris does not store your raw journal entries or voice recordings. Iris Plus is available for higher AI usage limits and additional summary features.
