DebtPilot is the simplest way to make a plan and pay off your debt for good. Add what you owe — or just scan a bill or statement — choose a strategy, and DebtPilot shows you exactly what to pay each month, when you'll be debt-free, and how much interest you'll save. No jargon, no spreadsheets — just a clear plan you can follow, with progress and rewards that keep you going. WHAT YOU GET FREE • Scan a bill or import a PDF — snap a photo or pick a statement and we fill in the balance, rate, and payment for you. Processed on your device; nothing is uploaded. • Two proven strategies — Snowball (knock out your smallest balance for quick wins) or Avalanche (target your highest rate to save the most). Or set your own custom order. • Your debt-free date — see the exact month you'll be free, with a progress ring and a live countdown on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island (Live Activity). • "This month" plan — know exactly what to pay on each debt, and log payments with one tap, by amount, or with Siri ("Hey Siri, log my DebtPilot payment"). • Quick extra payments — drop a one-time "snowflake" payment on any debt and watch your date move closer. • Due-date calendar & reminders — see everything due this month at a glance. • Loan & amortization calculator — see where every payment goes, including mortgage escrow, principal vs. interest, and lifetime interest. • Month in Review — a monthly recap of what you paid down and how far you've come. • Achievements, badges & streaks — stay motivated and share your progress. • Home & Lock Screen widgets, color themes, an interactive tutorial, and a Learn section in plain English. • iCloud sync — your plan follows you to a new phone, automatically. • Private by design — everything stays on your device. No account, no tracking, nothing collected. DEBTPILOT PREMIUM (optional) Go faster with the full toolkit: • Rate Negotiator — see what a lower interest rate could save you, with a word-for-word script to ask your lender for one. • Planning tools — simulate extra payments and a one-time lump sum, and set a target payoff date. • Budget simulator — enter your income and expenses to find the best amount of leftover money to put toward debt, while keeping a safety cushion. • Interest-saved breakdown — charts showing exactly how your plan beats paying minimums. • Refinance / rate "what-if" — see if a lower rate or balance transfer is worth it. • Payoff projection charts and per-debt month-by-month schedules. • Export & print your plan as a PDF, or to a spreadsheet (CSV), and track unlimited debts (free covers 3). DebtPilot is an educational planning tool to help you organize and pay down debt. Figures are estimates and it is not financial advice. Start your plan today — your debt-free date is closer than you think. — — — DebtPilot is free to download and use. DebtPilot Premium is an optional subscription: • Monthly — $4.99 • Yearly — $29.99 Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase. About

Zinsklar

Features

Zinsklar is the only calculator on the German App Store that models German investment taxation as one connected system: the flat capital gains tax (Abgeltungsteuer), the solidarity surcharge, church tax, the annual tax free allowance (Sparerpauschbetrag), the partial exemption for funds (Teilfreistellung) and the advance lump sum (Vorabpauschale). During drawdown it sells lot by lot in strict FIFO order, because German law leaves no choice. Other calculators show a gross number. Zinsklar shows what the model leaves after tax. THE TAX ENGINE • Flat capital gains tax plus solidarity surcharge, plus church tax at 8 or 9 percent depending on the federal state • Annual tax free allowance for a single filer or a jointly assessed couple • Partial exemption by fund type: equity, mixed, real estate, bonds • Advance lump sum with the official base rate of each year, fully credited against the later capital gain • FIFO during drawdown, every lot with its own cost basis and its own advance lump sum counter • Optional assessment at your personal income tax rate for years without wage income WHAT YOU CAN CALCULATE • Your financial independence date: when the portfolio covers planned spending • Compound growth over decades, switchable between real and nominal • A savings rate entered directly or derived from income minus expenses • A year by year withdrawal plan including tax and inflation MONTE CARLO Thousands of paths instead of one straight line, with a success probability and a percentile fan from P5 to P95. A historical block bootstrap shows what a bad sequence of returns does to a plan even when the average stays the same. WITHDRAWAL STRATEGIES • Constant real or constant nominal • Fixed percentage of the portfolio • Guyton-Klinger guardrails • VPW, variable percentage withdrawal LIFE PHASES Every phase carries its own return, savings rate and spending level, including a glide path. Part time work, parental leave, a sabbatical and the start of retirement can be modeled separately and compared side by side. CONVENTIONS IN THE OPEN The methodology screen states how the math is done: contributions at the start or the end of the period, monthly compounding, returns as an effective annual rate, inflation discounted monthly, tax before inflation. Nothing is hidden and most of it is switchable. ONE TIME PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION A calculator you open a few times a year does not belong in a weekly subscription. The full calculator including the complete German tax logic is free to use. Monte Carlo and withdrawal strategies unlock once and stay unlocked. YOUR DATA STAYS ON THE DEVICE No account, no sign up, no bank connection. Every calculation runs on your iPhone. Zinsklar is a calculation tool, not investment, tax or legal advice. All results are model projections based on assumptions you choose yourself and are not a promise of future performance. Recommendations for our other apps load online.
