Edition Guide is a community-built catalogue and review hub for Islamic books — designed by readers, for readers. Thousands of Islamic books are out there in many editions, from many publishers, in many years. Which edition is the best print? Which translation is the most faithful? Which publisher's typesetting is easiest to read? Edition Guide answers questions like these by collecting every known edition of every book in one place, alongside ratings and reviews from real readers. KEY FEATURES • Browse 4,000+ Islamic books across Qur'an sciences, Hadith, Fiqh, Tasawwuf, Arabic language, biography, history, and more. • Compare editions side by side: publisher, year, format, page count, volume count, and average reader rating. • Read and write reviews on specific editions, not just books — because the print matters. • Threaded discussions on every book and every edition. • Bilingual interface: full English and Arabic, with right-to-left support. • Suggest books or editions that aren't catalogued yet — your suggestions feed the public catalogue once approved. • Native iOS feel: dark mode, haptics, swipe gestures, and native share. About

AOJ Reader

Features

AOJ Reader is a PDF reader for people who read slowly and like to leave their mark on the page. It shows your book exactly as it is, and keeps your highlights and notes in a separate layer, so the original file is never changed. A library on shelves • Add books from your device's files, one at a time or many at once. • Your books line up on wooden shelves, each showing its first page. • Organise them into collections, with collections inside collections and a trail that shows where you are. • "Recent" keeps the last books you opened in one place. • Select several books to move or delete them together, and share any book with another app. Comfortable reading • Horizontal or vertical page turning. • Three paper colours: white, soft sepia, and dark for night reading. • Crop white page margins so text is larger on small screens. • Every book reopens at the page where you stopped. • Bookmarks, the book's table of contents, and a list of everything you highlighted. • Portrait and landscape, on iPhone and iPad. Highlight and annotate • Highlight, underline and strike through in four colours, plus a pen for free drawing. • Add a note to any highlight. • Undo your last step, and erase what you don't want. Your books on all your devices • Connect your Google Drive (optional) to sync your books, highlights, notes and last page across your devices. • Your copy is stored in your own Google Drive, in the app's folder only. The app cannot see your other files. • Without an account, everything works on your device. Your privacy • No ads, no tracking, and we collect none of your data. • Your books and notes stay on your device, and in your own account if you choose to sync. Arabic-first interface, also available in English.
