OqoDesk is a multi-tenant workforce management platform for restaurants, hospitality teams, retail stores, and service businesses. OqoDesk is not restricted to a single company or a predefined list of organizations. Any business can become an OqoDesk customer, receive its own secure company workspace, and invite owners, managers, and employees. An account is required because each organization’s schedules, tasks, chats, locations, and staff information are securely isolated within its own workspace. OqoDesk replaces scattered workplace chats and spreadsheets with one structured platform for managing daily operations across one or multiple locations. FOR MANAGERS AND OWNERS: – Create and manage employee schedules and shifts – Assign shifts to employees and track their responses – Create tasks, checklists, and deadlines – Assign tasks to one or multiple employees – Request photo verification for completed work – Review task completion and workplace activity – Manage company locations and staff – Communicate through private and group chats – Receive notifications about tasks, shifts, and messages FOR EMPLOYEES: – View assigned shifts and respond to shift invitations – See tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities in one place – Complete tasks and submit work for review – Attach photos and files to tasks and conversations – Communicate with managers and teammates – Receive notifications about schedule changes, assignments, and messages OqoDesk is designed for restaurants, cafes, coffee chains, retail stores, fitness clubs, service companies, and other businesses with location-based or shift-based teams. Individual employees and managers do not make payments inside the app. OqoDesk does not sell digital content or subscriptions through the iOS application. Litiva — a quiet daily panel for habits, reminders, journal, and focus. Litiva helps you keep the small routines that make a day feel steadier: wake up, drink water, move, take medicine, write a few lines, or build your own custom habit. 【Today Panel】 Open Litiva and see what matters today. Check off habits quickly, switch between compact and detailed views, and keep the day clear without a crowded task manager. 【Flexible Habits & Reminders】 Create simple habits for morning, work, health, evening routines, or anything personal. • Custom names, notes, categories, icons, and colors • Daily, weekday, weekend, or custom repeat days • Optional reminder time and early alert • Pause and resume habits when your schedule changes 【Short Focus Sessions】 Some habits need a little attention, not a full productivity system. Start a short focus session from a habit, breathe, stay present, then mark it complete. 【Built into iOS】 • Complete habits from interactive Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Add quick actions to Control Center • Follow focus timers through Live Activities and Dynamic Island • Complete or snooze reminders without opening the app • Find habits in Spotlight or run them with Siri and Shortcuts 【Timeline Journal】 Record small reflections in a calm timeline. Add mood and tags, use Apple's Journal Suggestions, and—on supported devices—organize your own draft privately with on-device Apple Intelligence. 【Insights & Yearly Tree】 Track today's progress, completion rate, consistency, and journal count. Your check-ins grow a yearly tree so daily progress feels visible without pressure. 【Private by Design】 Litiva has no ads, no accounts, no tracking, and no subscriptions. Your data stays on your device and can sync through your own iCloud across iPhone and iPad. Apple Health integration is optional. When enabled, Litiva writes only completed hydration and mindful sessions; it does not upload your health data. 【Made for Daily Use】 • Clean light and dark appearance • iPhone and iPad layouts • Siri, Shortcuts, Spotlight, widgets, and Control Center support • All 50 App Store languages and locales • Built-in starter habits you can edit or delete Litiva is for people who want a softer way to remember, complete, and reflect on the small things that keep life on track.
