Split, merge, and reorder PDF pages right on your iPhone. No subscription and no account. Split & Merge PDF keeps things simple. Open a PDF, see every page as a thumbnail, pick the pages you want, and export. That is the whole app. What you can do: • Import any PDF from Files • View all pages in a scrollable grid • Tap to select pages, then drag to reorder them • Export the pages you picked as a new PDF through the share sheet • Merge several PDFs into one document • Long-press a page to remove it Pricing is simple. Exports of up to 5 pages are free. A single $2.99 purchase removes the limit for good, with nothing to renew. A few things this app does not do: no cloud sync, no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no OCR, and no scanning. Your PDFs stay on your device and nothing is uploaded. Made by Infamous Endeavors.

PDF Splitter is a simple document tool for turning one PDF into the pages or ranges you need. Choose a PDF, split it on your device, and export the results as a full ZIP or individual PDF files. Key features - Split a PDF into page-based files - Enter ranges such as 1-4,5-8 - Export all results as one ZIP - Share only the result PDFs you need - Track progress and cancel processing - Get clear messages for password-protected, damaged, or invalid files Privacy approach PDF Splitter performs PDF splitting on your device. The app does not intentionally add PDF contents, file names, file paths, split output files, or share target app names to analytics events, crash logs, ad requests, or its own server. Ads and diagnostics The app includes Google AdMob ads and uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand app usage and diagnose errors. Data handled by SDKs, including advertising, consent, diagnostics, and device identifier information, should be reflected in the App Store privacy label and privacy policy. Use PDF Splitter when you need to organize PDF pages, send only a specific section, or keep split results ready as separate files.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PDF Splitter at none against Split & Merge PDF's 1. PDF Splitter also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Split & Merge PDF's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks). On price there is nothing between them.
