Ringround vs NitorFit | Digital Detox

Okay, real talk: where does the time go? You sit down for "five minutes," look up, and somehow it's dark out. You know you've got stuff to do — you just can't feel how much time is left, or which thing to start first. When your brain doesn't do time, a to-do list won't save you. It's just more stuff to lose track of. Ringround shows your whole day as a circle you can actually see. Your day becomes a 24-hour dial. NOW sits at the top, the day turns underneath, and one glance tells you where you are and how long until the next thing. Time stops being invisible. What it does: • See your day at a glance — colorful blocks on a ring, not a wall of text. • Can't pick what to do? Hit Ring Round — give the dial a spin and let it choose for you. Decision made, no spiral. • Put your day on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — a calm cylinder fills with color so you can check the time without falling into your phone. • Gentle nudges before things start. Optional. Never shouty. • Your colors, your categories, your names for things. Make it yours. Made for brains that lose time. ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, time-blind, or just perpetually "five minutes behind" — this one's for you. Ringround doesn't try to fix you or optimize you. You're not a productivity project. It just makes time something you can see, so the day stops slipping out from under you. No accounts. No ads. No subscriptions or upsells nagging you forever. Nothing ever leaves your phone. Your day's right there. It's a circle. Go take a look.

Your screen time, but you earn it. Nitor Fit doesn't stop you from opening Instagram. It asks for something first: a few push-ups, a few squats, or a walk. You choose which apps steal your time, and from then on they only open if you've moved. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the app that loses you the most time. 2. Nitor locks it. 3. When you want it back, exercise in front of the camera. Nitor counts your reps and turns them into minutes. 4. Spend those minutes whenever you like. When they run out, the app locks itself again. Every rep is minutes. Every thousand steps, five more. A CREATURE THAT GROWS WITH YOU Nitor isn't a progress bar. It's a creature that starts inside an egg and fills with light with every rep you do. Seven forms, from egg to a being made of pure light. And its light never goes down. If you don't move one day, nothing happens: it stays exactly as bright, waiting for you. No broken streaks, no guilt. Only what you add. WHY IT WORKS Because the problem was never willpower. It's that opening an app costs nothing. Nitor puts a small price on it, and that's enough to stop you doing it without thinking. And along the way, without really trying, you end the day having moved. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE No accounts. No sign-up. No servers. No ads. The camera only counts your reps, right here on your phone, using Apple's own technology. No image is recorded and nothing leaves your device. Ever. We don't even know which apps you blocked: that stays between you and iOS.
