KokoRoom vs PMDD Reset Method

KokoRoom is more than a period tracker. Log your cycle together with how your body and mind feel each day, and start finding the answer to "Why do I feel like this today?" in your body's own rhythm. Here's what you can do with KokoRoom: 1. Body Weather: your cycle, made simple From your period to ovulation to the days before your next one, see your cycle as an easy weather forecast. Just like checking the weather, get a quick sense of which phase your body is in today. 2. Log your body and mood in seconds Track physical changes like tiredness and cramps, plus your mood and feelings, in just a few taps. Keep a note of each day alongside your cycle. 3. Find out why you feel the way you do As your logs add up, you'll start to notice changes that keep coming back at the same point in your cycle. Little by little, get to know your own patterns and rhythm. 4. One calendar for your period and your day See your next period, ovulation days, daily mood and notes all in one place. Look back on past entries and see how your body changes over time. 5. Share with your partner, only what you want If you'd like, share your cycle and how you're feeling with your partner. Choose exactly what to share, and make it easier to understand each other. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
