Sightly helps parents organize child eye health follow-up records in one clear, private place. Use Sightly to record each eye exam date, clinic, cycloplegia status, right-eye and left-eye measurements, height, report photos, and original prescription notes. Over time, Sightly helps you review axial length and refraction trends, summarize 6/12-month axial length changes, and keep context around interventions such as defocus lenses, ortho-k lenses, atropine, outdoor time, and follow-up plans. Key features: Create child eye health profiles Record vision, refraction, axial length, keratometry, and IOP Archive exam report photos and OCR text Review long-term trends and height references Set reminders for follow-ups, medication, lens care, and habits Export PDF summaries for doctor visits Back up and restore local records Sightly is designed for child myopia follow-up records, axial length tracking, exam history organization, reminders, and doctor-visit preparation. It is for record keeping and communication only. Sightly does not diagnose conditions, assess medical risk, recommend treatment, or replace clinical exams, doctors, or original medical reports. Please rely on qualified clinicians for medical decisions. Current app data is stored locally on your device by default.
