Motecraft
Read full descriptionHide full description
Motecraft is a quiet little gallery of small visual worlds. Tap a card and you're inside. Grow a living mandala from a single touch. Wipe away a pane of frost to find a glowing world beneath. Stir a slow current of ink into marble. Drag a curtain of aurora light, or throw a firecracker that walks legs across the sky. Hundreds of them, all hand-built — and growing. FREE FOREVER, PLUS PRO The original collection stays free forever. Every visual you could open before, you still can — no account, no catch, nothing walled off after the fact. Motecraft Pro unlocks a growing collection of new premium worlds — the richer, shader-grade pieces — and helps keep this one-person studio building. That's the whole deal: the free gallery stays free, Pro adds the new stuff on top. WHAT MAKES MOTECRAFT DIFFERENT — No accounts to use it. Open the app and you're in. — No ads. None now. None planned. — No tracking. Standard Apple-style crash and performance data, nothing else. — The free collection is free forever — not a trial. THE CATEGORIES • Mandala — radial geometry that responds to your hand, now living and growing. • Aurora — silk curtains, slow ribbons, braided light. • Fluid — currents of ink, gold and marble you stir and fold. • Reveal — wipe away frost to uncover a world beneath. • Swarm — flocks, schools, formations that follow you. • Firecracker & Diwali — taps that burst into skies of light, rangoli and diya glow. • Isometric — tilt and orbit into little dimensional worlds. • Fractal — Mandelbrot, Julia, Burning Ship. • Crystal & Reaction — slow growth that fills the screen. • Henna & calligraphy — symmetric ink you draw. • Candle, lantern, fireflies — quiet ambient lights. HOW IT FEELS TO USE Designed for moments, not sessions. Open it for two minutes between meetings, before bed, on the train. Pick a card, watch it become, put the phone down. Then come back tomorrow and pick a different one. Each experience runs natively on your hardware at full frame rate. No external dependencies, no servers in the loop, no spinners. New visuals arrive from time to time — they just appear. MOTECRAFT PRO One unlock, every premium world — now and everything added later. • Lifetime — pay once, keep it forever. (Best value.) • Annual — with a free trial to start. • Monthly — for a lighter commitment. Sign in with Apple or email — only so your unlock follows you across your iPhone and iPad. You still never need an account to enjoy the free gallery. PRIVACY, IN PLAIN ENGLISH We collect anonymous crash reports and performance metrics through Firebase. That's it. No advertising ID. No location. No contacts. Sign-in is used only to restore your purchase across devices — nothing more. We do not sell or share anything, because there is nothing to sell. A NOTE FROM THE MAKER Motecraft Studio is a one-person studio in Ahmedabad, India. I write the code, draw the visuals, design the cards. Made on long evenings, on weekends, between consulting work. Pro is how you keep it going — and how the premium worlds keep coming. If something is broken or you want to see a particular visual added, write to me directly. Feedback, requests, complaints → support@motecraftstudio.com Made with care, for moments. — Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. The Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Terms: https://motecraftstudio.com/eula · Privacy: https://motecraftstudio.com/privacy

Pinch into a shape that never ends. Or press Dive, lean back, and let the app find its own way down — past a cell, past an atom, past anything that has a name. Free. No ads, no account, no subscription. PRESS DIVE No idea where to look? Press Dive. The app finds the richest part of the shape by itself and travels there, for minutes if you like, deeper all the while. No two dives end up in the same place. PINCH, AND KEEP PINCHING A fractal is one simple rule, repeated without end. The result is a shape that never runs out: the closer you look, the more there is. Fractal Dive lets you see that for yourself — and keeps computing where other apps give up. Nearly every fractal app stalls around a thousand trillion times magnification. That is no coincidence: it is exactly where the precision of ordinary computer numbers runs out, and the picture breaks into blocks. Fractal Dive works differently. One orbit is computed on the processor using numbers of arbitrary length; the graphics chip then computes only the differences from it. Tested to four times ten to the power 331 — a magnification with 331 zeros — and there is still no bottom in sight. MADE TO LOOK AT Nine color schemes, from quiet silver to full rainbow — three free, all nine in Pro — and three ways to color: by step count, by distance to the edge, or by an orbit's closest approach. The coloring reweighs itself at every depth, so a deep zoom never turns into one flat wash. Save or share any picture, and send any place on as a link: whoever opens it lands exactly there. THREE FAMILIES The classic Mandelbrot set, the same rule with a third power, and a mirrored variant with sharp points instead of bulbs. All three go equally deep. NO MATH REQUIRED Twelve named places with a one-line explanation each, so you start somewhere beautiful straight away. Along the way the app tells you how small you are looking: like a magnifying glass, like a microscope, smaller than a cell, smaller than an atom — and further still. ON ALL YOUR DEVICES The same app on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV, and on Apple Vision Pro. On the Mac with keyboard, scroll wheel and trackpad, on the TV with the Siri Remote. A widget on your Home Screen, Lock Screen and in StandBy shows a different picture every half hour. PRO, IF YOU WANT IT The app is free, and endless zooming stays free, Dive included. A single one-time purchase unlocks Pro: pictures in 4K and 8K, sharp enough for a wallpaper or a print; your dive as a video, rendered sharp afterwards in 1080p or 4K; every color scheme and coloring style; your own saved places, with a name and a thumbnail; ambient mode, diving from place to place by itself; and two more shapes, the Burning Ship and the Julia set of any place. No subscription. Buy once for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV together, Family Sharing included. HONEST No account, no ads, no subscription. Fractal Dive collects nothing about you; its only contact with the internet is the App Store, for the Pro purchase.

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Fractal Dive at every 9 days against Motecraft's monthly. Fractal Dive also leads on device support (5 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
