Track blood nicotine levels in real time, whether you're a heavy user, cutting back, or working toward cessation. NicTracker estimates how much nicotine is in your bloodstream using a pharmacokinetic model. The app calculates absorption and clearance based on the product you log, your body weight, and your personal metabolism settings, then updates a live gauge as the level rises and falls throughout the day. The following product types are each modeled with their own release and absorption curve: Cigarettes and cigars Vapes and hookah Nicotine pouches (Zyn, Velo, and other brands) Snus, gum, lozenges, and patches Reducing your intake or moving toward smoking or tobacco cessation starts with seeing the pattern behind it. The Insights tab (one-time purchase) analyzes your logged data for usage trends, recovery scoring between doses, and a circadian breakdown of when cravings tend to hit. The Home screen spacing timer helps you space out use and build toward a new habit, one interval at a time. Other things NicTracker does: Logs a dose in under ten seconds, with retroactive entry if you forget to log in the moment Shows a full-day blood curve chart with a forward projection of expected clearance Tracks total intake and product use across daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views in the History tab Adds Home Screen widgets for daily use, a 6-hour forecast, and your current blood nicotine level Exports your logged data and blood curve as a PDF or CSV for any date range All calculations run on-device. No data is transmitted externally. NicTracker is an informational self-monitoring tool. It does not diagnose nicotine addiction or provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a detox program or clinical support. Download NicTracker and log your first dose in under ten seconds.
Lowtide

Every nicotine habit looks different — a cigarette here, a few pouches there, a vape all day. Lowtide turns all of it into one honest number: milligrams per day. One curve, every form, so you can finally see the whole picture instead of guessing. WHY LOWTIDE • One number for everything. Cigarettes, vapes, and pouches are normalized to mg of nicotine — so a switch from smoking to pouches shows up as real progress, not a blind spot. • Logging takes under two seconds. One tap for a cigarette; a quick stepper for pouch strength or vape puffs. A gentle haptic, and you're done. • Calm by design. No red alarms, no shame, no streak-guilt. Dark-mode first, quiet colors, a tide that goes out as your intake falls. • Private by default. No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Your logs live on your device in Apple's on-device database. Nothing about your habit is uploaded. SEE YOUR PATTERN The home curve shows today's mg against your target. Statistics go deeper: average per day, week-over-week trend, distribution by form, time-of-day, and weekday patterns — so you learn when and how you reach for nicotine. ON-DEVICE AI INSIGHT (Apple Intelligence) When your device supports Apple Intelligence, Lowtide can write a short, plain-language weekly insight from your own data — naming one pattern and one gentle suggestion. It runs entirely on your device. Your data is never sent anywhere. GO FURTHER WITH PREMIUM • Taper plan — set a start, a goal, and a number of weeks; your daily target eases down on its own. • Harm-reduction switch — a reorderable path down through the forms (e.g. cigarette → vape → pouch → zero), at your pace. • Forecast & long-term trend — a 90-day view and an estimate of when you'll reach your goal at your current pace. • CSV export — your full history, yours to keep. • Home-screen widget — your day's mg and a one-tap quick-log. • Calibration — tune the mg-per-cigarette, pouch absorption, and mg-per-puff to your real products. Defaults are sensible starting points, never claimed to be exact. A NOTE ON HONESTY Nicotine content varies between products and people. Lowtide gives you a consistent, calibratable estimate — a trend you can trust to move in the right direction, not a lab measurement. Lowtide is a tracker, not therapy. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you want medical support to stop using nicotine, talk to a healthcare professional. Start with one tap. Watch the tide go out.
