Cypher Stash is a private vault for photos, videos, documents, and files — now with Private Portal, encrypted sharing, and stronger separation between your vault, browsing, shared copies, and decoy spaces. Use Cypher Stash to keep private content separate from your regular gallery, file system, browser history, and everyday phone activity. PRIVATE VAULT Store and organize sensitive content in one controlled space. • Hide photos, videos, documents, and files • Organize private content in folders • Keep sensitive media separate from public galleries • Store vault content locally on your device • Use protected folders for additional access control • Capture photos and videos directly into vault folders PRIVATE PORTAL Private Portal gives premium users a dedicated space for sensitive browsing and account access. It keeps portal activity separate from your regular device browser and includes DuckDuckGo access, a Telegram tab, portal navigation, wipe controls, VPN status awareness, and portal privacy settings. Free users can preview Private Portal before upgrading. Important: Private Portal helps keep browsing separate from your normal browser activity, but it does not make you anonymous online. Websites, internet providers, routers, workplace networks, or school networks may still see connection activity unless a VPN or other network privacy tool is used. ENCRYPTED SHARING CHEST Cypher Stash includes a Chest workflow for managing encrypted shared copies. Encrypted shared files are routed into the Chest so they are easier to find, unlock, import, and clean up. After a successful import or unlock, source encrypted copies can be removed to reduce clutter. The main vault and decoy vault keep their Chest contents separate. SECURE CONTACTS AND SHARED FILES Secure Contacts help manage encrypted sharing between trusted contacts. Clearer mismatch messages help users understand when a shared file was encrypted for a different key, device, or older contact entry. Cypher Stash also supports password-protected encrypted files with clearer unlock prompts and cleanup behavior. DECOY VAULT ACCESS If someone asks to see your vault, you can control what appears. Decoy vault controls let you maintain an alternate vault experience while your real files stay hidden. The decoy vault can mirror the structure of your main vault without exposing the files or media inside it. Main and decoy spaces keep Chest contents and Secure Contacts separated. SUBSCRIPTION LEVELS Free: Core vault access only. Paid protection features are not included. Controlled Access: Includes decoy vault controls, extra decoy passwords, face-down quick exit, protected folders, and basic location-based vault lock. Operational Control: Includes everything in Controlled Access, plus Private Portal, Telegram portal tab, Chest-based encrypted sharing, Secure Contacts, password-protected encrypted files, customizable cover screen, direct camera capture, secure folders, Quick Resume PIN, encrypted local export and restore, burn controls, and activity log. Eligible new users may see a free trial for Operational Control inside the app. Subscription details, renewal terms, and available options are shown before purchase. PRIVACY-FIRST STORAGE Cypher Stash is built for local, controlled privacy. • Files are stored locally on your device • No forced cloud storage • No unnecessary data sharing • Encrypted local backup export is controlled by you • Forgotten Quarry does not need access to your files, passwords, or stored content BUILT FOR PRACTICAL PRIVACY Most vault apps focus only on locking files. Cypher Stash is built around separation and control: what is stored, what is visible, how files are shared, where browsing happens, and how alternate vault spaces behave. https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ https://forgottenquarry.com/terms
