Your voice, yours alone. Kotonote keeps recording, transcription, summarization, and search entirely on your device. Your voice, your transcripts, and your summaries never leave your iPhone. โ€”โ€” One tap to record โ€”โ€” Meetings, interviews, lectures, voice memos โ€” capture them in high quality with a single tap. Background recording and automatic resume after interruptions (such as incoming calls) keep long sessions safe. โ€”โ€” Stop recording, the rest is automatic โ€”โ€” Hit stop and Kotonote chains transcription โ†’ speaker separation โ†’ summary on its own. Just wait, and a first draft of your minutes is ready. โ€”โ€” Readable, speaker by speaker โ€”โ€” On-device AI transcribes automatically and color-codes every speaker (A / B / Cโ€ฆ). Rename them later or reassign turns whenever you like. โ€”โ€” Summaries that fit the job โ€”โ€” Minutes (decisions, to-dos, discussion points), key-point bullets, interview Q&A, lecture notes. The AI even writes the title. Switch templates to regenerate or edit. โ€”โ€” Synced playback โ€”โ€” Tap anywhere in the transcript to jump to that moment in the audio. Text highlights in sync with playback. Change speed or loop a section. โ€”โ€” Search by meaning โ€”โ€” Even when the words don't match, semantic search surfaces the closest passages across every recording. Full-text (keyword) and semantic search work together โ€” tap a hit to jump straight to the audio. โ€”โ€” Export freely โ€”โ€” Audio (m4a / wav), text (txt / md), subtitles (srt / vtt), summaries (md / txt), and JSON. Send anything through the standard share sheet. โ€”โ€” About privacy โ€”โ€” Your audio, transcripts, and summaries are processed entirely on-device and are never sent to a server. There is no cloud sync, so back up manually and keep your own copies (data is lost if the device is lost or erased). Note: a network connection is used only for the initial model download and for serving ads. โ€”โ€” Every feature, free โ€”โ€” No paywalled features. Ads keep the app free. Requires iPhone 15 Pro or later / iOS 26 or later. Transcription and interface available in Japanese and English. Kotonote. Your voice, yours alone.

About

OpenIntent

OpenIntent turns the usual tap-to-open action into an automatic opening flow you personally arrange first. The app still opens normally, but the opening experience now starts with the steps you designed. How it works - Choose the apps you want to protect and put them into groups - Add "custom pre-unlock logic" and "Unlock and Open App" to a Shortcut - Add the Shortcut to your Home Screen - Open the app by tapping the Home Screen Shortcut; your custom logic runs first - In Shortcuts automation, set this rule: when the app closes, "Lock" Privacy and product truth - No collection, no tracking, fully local, no network access - App selection is handled by Apple Screen Time; OpenIntent does not know or understand your specific choices - No account required to get started
