NEW IN 4.0 - Live voice: hear yourself changed in real time through headphones - Video voiceover: give any video from Photos or Files a new voice and export an MP4 - 30 effects, including echo and backwards voices - Type to speak with on-device system voices - Share as video, 5-minute recording, and Shortcuts and Siri actions Turn your voice into a robot, a giant, a chipmunk or a stadium announcer, then share it as audio or video. Voxbend is a one-time purchase with no ads, no subscriptions, no account and no tracking. Everything is processed on your iPhone or iPad. PICK A VOICE Tap any of 30 effects in five groups: Characters, Creatures, Places, Gadgets, and Speed & Reverse. Each tap renders the effect on your take and plays it straight away. Not sure which one? Tap Surprise me. Switch between your original and the processed version at the same spot to compare them. LIVE VOICE Connect headphones and speak. Voxbend changes your voice as you talk, and you can switch effects while you're live. Record a take at any time: Voxbend keeps your unprocessed voice, so you can still pick a different effect later. Live voice needs headphones because the phone speaker would feed back into the microphone. Speed and Backwards effects are applied to recorded takes, since a live voice can't run faster, slower or backwards. VIDEO VOICEOVER Choose a video from Photos or Files (up to five minutes), pick an effect and export an MP4 with the new voice in place of the original soundtrack. The picture follows your trim, and it speeds up or slows down with the effect so everything stays in sync. Save it to Photos or share it anywhere. Audio sessions can also be shared as a portrait waveform video for apps that only accept videos. TYPE TO SPEAK Type up to 1,000 characters and an Apple on-device system voice speaks them, including novelty voices where your device has them. Set speed and pitch, then use the result like any recording. SHAPE YOUR OWN VOICE Adjust pitch, speed, vocal color EQ, reverb, distortion, ring modulation, echo and Play backwards. Blend two voices, trim and fade, set output gain, and undo up to 24 steps. Save up to 12 named variations for each session. PITCH LAB See a pitch trace of your clip, select a region and transpose it, or move it to any key and scale. It shifts a whole region evenly; it does not auto-tune individual notes. SHARE AND DELIVER Export WAV (16 or 24 bit) or AAC at 44.1 or 48 kHz, or an MP4 video. Build a sound pack: render up to 12 variations together into one ZIP with a readable recipe manifest. Each export shows its duration, sample peak and RMS level. SHORTCUTS AND SIRI Use the Change Voice action to apply any effect to an audio file in the Shortcuts app. It runs on your device and returns an M4A. Say "Start live voice in Voxbend" to jump straight to live voice. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Record up to five minutes, or import audio (up to five minutes and 150 MB) or video (up to five minutes and 1 GB). Your originals are never changed, and edits are saved as separate recipes. Voxbend asks for the microphone only when you record or go live. It asks to add to Photos only when you choose Save Video. Nothing is uploaded; you choose where each export goes. Vocal color is tonal EQ, not formant shifting. Voxbend changes voices in its own recordings, imports and videos. It cannot change your voice inside phone calls or other apps.
