Return Visits – Field Service helps you remember the people you meet in your ministry — and pick up every conversation right where it left off. Keep your return visits and Bible studies in one private place: who you spoke with, where they live, what you talked about, and when to go back. When the month ends, your field service report is ready in a tap. No feeds, no streaks, no scores — just the next conversation, ready when you are. REMEMBER EVERY RETURN VISIT • Create a contact in seconds — at the door, or later from notes. • Log each visit with the outcome, your ministry notes, and any literature you left. • Mark who has become a Bible study, and fix or remove a visit you logged by mistake. • If a call interrupts you mid-form, what you typed is waiting when you come back. YOUR MONTHLY REPORT, READY • A Report tab gathers what you need for your field service report: Bible studies, hours, and whether you shared in the ministry. • Log your hours by category and set a monthly or service-year goal. Don't report hours? Turn time tracking off — your monthly report stays a tap away on the dashboard. • Copy or share your report in one tap. Only your totals, plus any comment you add, are shared — never contact names or visit notes. NEVER MISS THE NEXT CONVERSATION • A gentle dashboard suggests who to see next: by momentum, by distance, or by how long it has been. • Set a reminder right after a visit; the Coming up list and snooze keep you on schedule. FIND YOUR WAY BACK • See your return visits on a map and get directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze. • No street address? Save a spot as GPS coordinates, a Plus Code, or a pasted map link. • Share an address with a ministry companion by text message. BRING YOUR RECORDS WITH YOU • Import contacts from your phone, or bring over your records from a My Time backup. • Make an encrypted backup, protected by a recovery phrase only you keep. YOUR NOTES STAY YOURS • Everything is encrypted on your device. After sign-in, the app works fully offline (the map needs a connection). • No server can read your contacts or your notes — you hold the only key. • No ads. No tracking of the people you visit. MADE WITH CARE • In English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. • Most things are three taps away. • Full VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and accessibility support. ABOUT Field Service Companion is a personal ministry tool for individual publishers. A thoughtful follow-up starts with remembering the person. Visit Thread brings people, conversations, and plans together in a calm, easy-to-use organizer. Plan return visits, Bible studies, and shepherding calls without losing track of what you talked about or what you wanted to discuss next. SEE WHAT’S NEXT Start with Today to see overdue, today’s, and upcoming visits. Use the month calendar to choose a date and schedule someone, or plan the next visit directly from their page. Set optional reminders and repeating visit plans. KEEP THE CONVERSATION GOING Record what you discussed, scriptures or publication titles you shared, who went with you, and a topic for next time. Before your visit brings the last conversation and helpful details together. Frequently used companion names make entry easier. KEEP PEOPLE ORGANIZED Save contact details, addresses, best times to call, groups, and optional language or nationality. Filter by visit type and search across people, conversations, publications, schedules, and unfinished visits. Possible-duplicate warnings help you avoid adding the same person twice. FIND YOUR WAY See saved locations on an Apple Maps map. Drop a pin to begin a new record, save a Home marker, and open directions. A person’s map can show their saved location alongside your current position when you allow location access. FINISH LATER Unfinished visit notes are saved as local drafts. Reopen them from Today, or return to the same visit editor to pick up where you left off. MAKE IT YOURS Choose from fourteen color palettes, starting with Calm Blue, and use light, dark, or system appearance. Organized layouts adapt to iPhone and iPad. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Records stay on your device, with optional App Lock using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Create a password-protected manual backup when you want a recovery copy or need to move saved records to another device. Apple Maps features use Apple services and may need an internet connection. Optional location access helps display your current position; your current position is not saved in visit records. Backup passwords cannot be recovered by the app. Visit Thread is an independent personal organizer.
