Beekeeping Community, Forums vs AI Meeting Note Taker AirNote

Beekeeping Community is the complete app for beekeepers — track your hives, identify bees, pests, and diseases with AI, and get answers from 12,000+ beekeepers around the world. Whether you're catching your first swarm or running a hundred commercial colonies, this is your pocket apiary manager. Log inspections in seconds, catch varroa before it spreads, and never miss another treatment or honey harvest. WHAT YOU CAN DO BEE AI Photo-identify bees, pests, diseases, and forage plants. Diagnose brood problems, spot varroa mites early, and check whether a wildflower is bee-friendly — with vision AI trained on beekeeping, not generic biology. HIVE LOGBOOK Structured inspection notes: queen status, brood pattern, temperament, frames of honey, bees, brood, and pollen, mite counts, treatments, feeding, supers on. Attach photos to every inspection, and cover a whole apiary in one round. SMART TASKS Never forget a varroa treatment, sugar shake, honey harvest, or queen re-check. Set daily, weekly, or monthly reminders — or let inspections flagged \"check soon\" create follow-up tasks automatically. GLOBAL FORUM Ask anything and get answers from beekeepers in your region and climate. Automatic translation across 18 languages, plus direct messages with experienced mentors. BEE MAP Pin apiaries, forage spots, swarm reports, and local clubs. See real-time community activity near you, with reviews on every location. BLOOM CALENDAR Major nectar plants — dandelion, clover, linden, heather, black locust, canola, borage, sunflower, and more — mapped by bloom month. Know the flow before your bees do. FLIGHT FORECAST Daily weather-based scores that tell you when your bees will fly. QR HIVE TAGS Print a QR sticker for each hive. Scan it to open that hive's logbook in one tap. LEARN Video lessons from Langstroth basics to varroa cadence, queen rearing, and honey extraction. VARROA CALCULATOR Alcohol wash and sugar shake ratios with treatment thresholds, instantly. QUEEN TRACKER Marking color by year, birthdate, status (laying, virgin, missing), and last-seen date. Record the meeting. Ask Claude what happened. Air Note is a meeting recorder for the conversations you have in person. Open the app, tap record and put the phone down — nothing joins the call, and there's nothing to explain to the person across the table. By the time you walk out, you have clear notes, decisions and next steps, without writing anything down. Connect it to Claude once, and Claude can answer from everything you've recorded — in any chat, without pasting anything in. No bot in the room Air Note records in person, on your iPhone. No meeting bot dials in, no link to send, nothing for the other person to agree to. It works for the meetings that bot-notetakers can't reach — the ones that happen face to face. Walk out with the details Every recording becomes a clean, readable note: a summary, the decisions that were made, and the next steps to take. It's ready by the time the meeting ends, so you can stay in the conversation instead of taking minutes. Claude knows what happened Connect Air Note to Claude in a few steps. From then on, Claude can answer from everything you've recorded — ask it what you agreed in a meeting, what someone committed to, or what you need to follow up on, right inside your normal Claude chats. Everything in one place - Record meetings, voice notes and ideas - Notes, decisions and next steps for every recording - Organise your notes into folders - Search across every recording and note - A today view for what you captured Air Note Pro unlocks unlimited recording and asking Claude about your meetings.
