One alarm isn't always enough. But rebuilding several alarms every time your shift changes is a hassle. ShiftSet is an alarm app for shift workers who need more than one alarm to wake up. Create a wake-up routine once for each shift. Then simply choose your next shift, and ShiftSet prepares all the alarms you need for that day. For example, an early shift could be: 4:45 AM 5:00 AM 5:20 AM 5:45 AM Choose the first alarm time, interval, and number of alarms to quickly create a complete wake-up sequence. Whether you work early, late, or night shifts, you don't have to rebuild your alarms from scratch every time your schedule changes. 【Recommended for you if】 ・One alarm often isn't enough to wake you up ・You already set several alarms 5 or 10 minutes apart ・Your wake-up time changes depending on your shift ・You're tired of rebuilding alarms every night ・You worry about whether tomorrow's alarms are ready 【What you can do with ShiftSet】 ・Save multiple wake-up alarms for each shift ・Create several alarms from a first time, interval, and count ・Choose your next shift to prepare all the alarms you need ・See your prepared alarms at a glance from Home ・Set days off separately from work shifts ・Get reminded when your next shift hasn't been selected ・Pause that day's alarms and prepare them again later 【ShiftSet Pro】 For anyone who wants to prepare further ahead. ・Set up to 7 days of shifts at once ・Save as many shift routines as you need ・Use a sound of your choice for alarms Once your work schedule is ready, set the week ahead and spend less time rebuilding alarms every night. Choose your shift. Prepare every alarm you need to wake up. ShiftSet is designed to make daily wake-up preparation a little easier for shift workers who don't want to rely on just one alarm.

Make room for life around your shifts. Schedules, alarms and work records for shift work. SCHEDULES & ALARMS Named shift alarms; early/day/evening/night templates, rotations, date changes, multiple daily shifts, bulk edits and regional holidays/makeup days. VOICE & ALARM ADJUSTMENTS Optional on-device voice reads shifts and available weather: Chinese voices, 3 speeds and previews; off by default. Shift automatic alarms 1–180 minutes by weekday/date; dates override weekly rules, manual times stay. Guided setup supports skip, resume and drafts. BUSINESS TEAM SCHEDULING Owners manage people/templates, draft and publish rosters, and handle shift-change, overtime, leave and shift-pickup requests. Members can view their own team roster and make their own requests for free. Switch personal/team/all calendars. Members set their own wake-up alarms; publishing does not enable them. Authorized reports show official plans, hours and leave balances, not actual attendance or payroll. Business includes Pro; membership grants neither personal Pro nor management rights. Delegation/ownership transfer requires suitable permissions and Business access. STATISTICS & WORK RECORDS Free completed-shift counts by month, year or custom range; choose closing dates/fixed-day periods. Pro: planned/counted hours, differences, overtime, notes, multipliers, leave allowances and time off in lieu. Enter overtime or calculate from clock-out times minus breaks. PAY ESTIMATES Set pay-period rules in Settings → Pay Management, record actual receipts and compare. Pro required; personal estimates do not replace employer payroll. LIVE ACTIVITIES Pro: Lock Screen/Dynamic Island countdowns, shift percentages, daily pay estimates and date reminders. Choose items or hide amounts. Push updates depend on network/system scheduling; pay has its own as-of time and refreshes when the app opens, not continuously. FREE SCHEDULE IMPORT Free system calendar, ICS and image imports; unlimited on-device image recognition. Review grouped shifts, match/create templates and edit each date, shift and time before import. Pro cloud recognition helps with unclear text and complex rosters. Each use requires consent to send images to CrossShift servers and the recognition service, including visible names, employee IDs and shifts. Check results before confirming. PRO EXPORTS Export PDF, CSV or long-image reports to save, share and check records. Exports require Pro and use the same date range as the statistics page. SHARING & LIFE Share schedules in groups; each person manages their own. Member notes and Pro photo wallpapers stay local. Date reminders, widgets (some Pro), wallpaper positioning, colors and saved themes. MAKE IT YOURS iPhone/iPad; avatars, sounds, time formats, Dark Mode, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, 18 languages. Personal schedules/alarms need no account; sharing requires one. Apple sign-in and optional sync. In supported regions, sign in with a mini-program account; review conflicting dates before choosing what to keep. Personal sync includes templates, schedules, leave allowances and overtime; excludes alarms, pay rules/settlements, anniversaries, wallpapers and member notes. Weather location is optional. Feedback in Settings. BACKUP & RESTORE Free auto-backup to a chosen iCloud Drive folder, with history/restore. Local JSON backup/restore too. EARN UP TO 3 MONTHS OF PRO First work schedule: 1 Pro month. Each successful referral: 1 more (max 2; 3 total). Friend must finish a work schedule, enter your code and confirm. Sign in to claim; in-app terms apply. Apple offer code starts auto-renewing monthly Pro; local price after free period. Cancel in Apple subscriptions. Annual users save rewards to use after expiry; annual renewal stays unchanged. Some need Pro or Business. Prices and benefits: in-app Pro and Business center.
