Parallelife vs Align

ParallelLife — Turn Your Life Into a Game You Designed Tired of plain, lifeless to-do lists? ParallelLife is a gamified task manager that lets you build a fully customizable "second life" while getting real things done. Tasks, Your Way: Create tasks with tags, priorities, and repeat rules (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly, or even "restart immediately on completion"). View your schedule in five calendar modes — Day, 3-Day, Week, Month, and Year. Build Your Own Growth System: Custom attribute bars, level curves, rarity tiers — you define every rule of this world. Complete a focus session (Pomodoro, countdown, or count-up) and earn the "coins" or attribute growth you designed for yourself. Run a Shop That's Entirely Yours: Stock your shop with items you create: in-game props that interact with attributes and levels (triggering effects, unlocking requirements, timed buffs), or real-world rewards for yourself — a bubble tea, an episode of your favorite show, a break you've earned. Spend the coins you earn through focus sessions to buy them, turning self-discipline into a rewarding kind of "shopping." Long-Term Achievements, Lasting Motivation: Set long-term goals — tasks completed, focus time logged, streaks kept, levels or attributes reached — tracked automatically across daily/weekly/monthly/yearly cycles, with built-in rewards that make your progress visible. A Space That's Truly Yours: Customize your theme color and wallpaper, and switch between multiple profiles to keep work, study, and life separate — all synced across your devices via iCloud.
