ScrollCheck vs Calendar Widget

ScrollCheck is your guilt-free companion for mindful scrolling! Instead of aggressively blocking your apps, ScrollCheck makes you aware of your doomscrolling habits through an adorable, emotional mascot. HOW IT WORKS: Choose the apps where you easily lose track of time. As you swipe and scroll through those apps, your mascot reacts in real-time. It starts off happy and energetic, but as your daily scroll count rises, it gets tired, dizzy, and eventually exhausted! FEATURES: • Interactive Mascot: Tap and poke your buddy to see unique reactions based on its current mood. • Detailed Breakdown: See exactly which apps are causing you to doomscroll the most. • Guilt-Free Tracking: No app blockers, no strict limits, just gentle awareness. • Privacy First: We use Apple's secure Screen Time API. Your scrolling data never leaves your device. Stop doomscrolling blindly. Let your mascot help you build healthier digital habits today!
