Stock DCA Plan

What if you had invested $500 a month in TQQQ for 10 years? On real past prices, this app tells you β€” and how far it fell on the way. BacktestLab is a monthly DCA plan backed by backtest data: set the amount and buy day, see what that plan became in the past. On buy day it reminds you, and when you hesitate, it shows what happened the last times the price was this far below its high. β–  Set a plan Pick a stock or ETF, a monthly amount and a buy day. The plan tab shows what is due this month and what you have bought. β–  See it on past prices $500 to start and $500 a month in TQQQ, January 2016 to December 2025: $60,500 paid in, $438K at the end in this app's backtest. The maximum drawdown on the way sits right next to it. That is a past result, not a forecast. β–  Buy day: "Should I buy now?" When the price is this far below its high, the app shows the past days that were just as far down and where the price was one year later. The good years and the bad ones. β–  Keep the record "Bought" and "Skipped this time" are both recorded. See how many months you have kept the plan, when your goal could be reached at the plan's past pace, and get a close report after the US market closes. β–  Lab Backtest a portfolio, compare two side by side, and check how much the start date mattered. Whole shares only; dividends reinvested or kept as cash. The US market mood (Fear & Greed Index) is there at a glance too. ――― This app calculates from past data. It is not investment advice, and past results do not indicate future returns. Taxes and trading fees are not included. No account is needed; your plans stay on your device.
