You think out loud. ThinkAloud writes it down. Hit record and just talk: a passing idea, a meeting, a whole lecture. When you stop, you can play the recording back and decide whether it's worth keeping before anything happens to it. Only then does the on-device AI turn it into a real note, with a title, some structure, tags, and links to the related notes you already have. Here's the part that matters. All of this happens on your phone. ThinkAloud runs Google's Gemma model locally, so your voice and your notes never get uploaded anywhere. There's no account to create, no server in the middle, and nothing to pay every month. You download the model once, and after that it works offline. Your notes are just Markdown files in an ordinary folder, the same format Obsidian uses. Point ThinkAloud at a vault you already have, or let it keep one for you. Either way you can open, edit, or back them up with any app you like. Nothing is trapped inside. What it's good at: - Voice, photos, or quick text go in; clean, tagged notes come out - Ask your notes a question in plain language and get an answer with its sources listed, so you can tap straight through to where each fact came from - A knowledge graph that builds itself as your notes start linking up - Full-text search, tags, folders, and checklists - Optional sync to your own Google Drive or iCloud. Your account, a private folder, no servers of mine in between. No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts. I made ThinkAloud because I wanted a notebook that was actually mine. That's the whole idea. The on-device model needs around 3 GB of free space and a fairly recent device.
Taskig
Read full descriptionHide full description
Taskig is the to-do list with an AI assistant that does the work. Write or say what you need, and it lands in the right list with a time and a reminder. Ask for more, and Taskig looks things up, writes and plans for you. TASKIG DOES THE WORK "Find a pancake recipe and add what's missing to Shopping": Taskig finds the recipe, sees what you already have and adds the rest. Ask in the field, on the board or on a task. Taskig finds the number to call, opening hours and prices, writes the e-mail and plans the weekend. You see what it did and can undo it. EVERY TASK HAS ITS OWN CONVERSATION Ask more on the task. The answer, the links and the plan stay there, and everything Taskig found stays in History. SAY IT, AND IT'S DONE "Call the bank tomorrow at 10 and buy flowers for Mom on Friday" becomes two tasks, in the right lists, at the right times. Say what's done and it's ticked off. Ask "what do I have next week?", and Taskig shows the week day by day. A PHOTO BECOMES A TASK Photograph a letter or share a ticket, an invoice or a PDF, and it becomes a task with the time, the place and what it says. Notes, links, photos and documents stay on the task. TASKIG REMEMBERS Say something once and Taskig knows it next time: that Erik is your boss, that the car is at the garage, where you usually shop. Everything it remembers is under Memory, where you can change it, forget it or turn it off. PLACES AND ALARMS Say "remind me when I'm at the pharmacy", and Taskig reminds you when you get there, or when you leave. Pick one place or several: Taskig reminds you at the one you reach first. A reminder can also ring as an alarm, even when the phone is on silent. SHARE WITH FAMILY AND COLLEAGUES Invite people to a list. Each of you has your own rows; what you share, everyone sees, and who wrote it. YOUR AI VIA MCP Taskig is an MCP server. Connect it to Claude or ChatGPT and let your AI read, add and answer your tasks, for example a summary before the meeting. You decide what it may do and which lists it sees. CONNECT YOUR SERVICES Connect Taskig to the services you already use, for example Notion, or to any MCP server. Taskig fetches what it needs from them and puts the plan or the notes there when you want, with a link on the task. You decide whether it may only read or also write. YOURS, AND IN YOUR CONTROL AI can be turned off completely; Taskig is then a plain to-do list. Delete your account whenever you like, from inside the app. Privacy: https://taskig.app/privacy Terms: https://taskig.app/terms
