Preview another date and time using your current weekly routine, note and display settings without changing the live day card. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Settings and tap Rehearse another day. 2. Choose a date and time, or step to the next or previous day. 3. Check the routine, current note behavior and quiet-hours face, then return to Now. The live day card, weekly plan, family photo, quiet hours and caregiver handoff remain available. Snapshot date formatting now follows the same calendar time zone. WHAT TO KNOW Preview does not change the device clock, clear the live note or dim the screen. Timed routine items are plans, not confirmations of completion. A note appears only on its assigned date. This is a display and coordination tool, not a medical monitor. iPhone and iPad.

75 days. Five daily tasks. Miss one — you start over at Day 1. Bring your squad. Your record is server-stamped and restarts broadcast automatically — the one challenge app where nobody can fake it. Lock in. THE FIVE TASKS • One real workout — any type, minimum 45 minutes • Follow your diet — no cheat meals, no alcohol • Drink your water • Read 10 pages • Take your progress photo WHY UNBROKEN WORKS WHEN APPS WITH GENTLE STREAKS DON'T Because it does discipline the hard way. The day ends at midnight — done or not done. No streak freezes. No "repair" purchases. No editing yesterday. RUN IT WITH YOUR SQUAD • Squads (up to 10): a live board, a ledger of receipts, restarts broadcast automatically — you can't curate your story • Pact squad — the hardest mode, built for two: fates linked. If one of you breaks, you BOTH restart, with the cause on the record. Your accountability partner, with teeth. • Blind reveal: their day stays sealed until you seal yours • Late logs get flagged. Honesty is the feature. • No friends doing it? Join a season squad and start Monday together. BUILT LIKE A TOOL, NOT A TOY • Your pact on one grid — every day a brick: kept, missed, or still to come • Pick your pact: any length up to 100 days — classic hard rules or a softer track • Attempt history — every run, every restart, every comeback • Progress photos stay ON YOUR DEVICE. Never uploaded. • Home-screen widget with both of you on it, Watch app, Live Activities • Reminders that respect you: one evening nudge, quiet hours, no spam UNBROKEN PRO Create squads, link fates, set your own pact length and rules. Keep the whole ledger — every attempt, every day, the full photo Wall with timelapse export. See The Pattern: which day, which task, which weakness ends your runs. Watermark-free share cards, data export, Face ID photo lock. Monthly, annual, or lifetime. Health note: Unbroken is a motivational tracker, not medical advice. Consult a professional before starting an intense training and diet program. Your excuses expire at midnight. Start Day 1.
