Your important documents — bills, bank statements, insurance policies, IDs, school letters — end up scattered across email, downloads and a drawer somewhere. Folo gives them one calm, private home and hands you the right one the moment you need it. Scan it, share it from any app, or forward it to your own Folo Mail address. Folo reads it on your iPhone, files it, and makes it searchable. NOTHING LAPSES QUIETLY Coming Up lists everything that expires — car registration, insurance, passport — soonest first, with a reminder two weeks ahead. ASK YOUR DOCUMENTS Ask "how much did I spend on electricity last year?" and get the answer with the documents cited. Turn it into a PDF report. FIND ANYTHING IN SECONDS Search what a document says, not its filename — "car insurance", "passport", "December payslip". SCAN, SIGN AND REDACT Capture paper with your camera, sign and fill PDFs, and black out sensitive details with true redaction — the data is removed, not just covered. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your documents are ordinary files in your own iCloud, not on our servers. Text is read on your device, and on devices with Apple Intelligence, Folo summarises and dates new documents on your iPhone, free. Cloud AI runs only when you ask. PRICING Free to scan, import, search and organise. Folo (one-time purchase) adds signing, redaction, Folo Mail and AI with your own API key.
