Stedo is the calm daily planner that turns a busy head into a clear plan – organize your day, build routines you can reuse, and let AI do the heavy thinking. KEY FEATURES Today's plan – Every morning AI picks the 2–3 things that matter today, with a short reason for each, so you know where to start. I'm stuck – When it's hard to get going, Stedo gives you one tiny first step and a short timer. Take the next small step or call it good – both count. Plan your day your way – Organize the day into your own groups and view it as a simple list or a timeline. A week strip and month view keep navigation easy, while β€œNow” and β€œUp next” always show what to do. Reusable routines – Build a routine once and reuse it across groups; edit it in one place and it updates everywhere. Give any routine a timer, a checklist or a reward. AI co-planner – Speak or type a brain-dump and let Stedo build routines for you. Hand it a big, vague task and it breaks it into small, doable steps. Capture now, sort later – Drop any thought into your inbox, then turn it into a routine, checklist or to-do when you're ready. Reminders that reach you – Give a task a day and a reminder. Tick it off or snooze it 10 minutes right from the notification, and if you like, Stedo asks again until you answer. Time you can see – A running timer stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so time doesn't slip away. Capture a thought or add a task with Siri, Shortcuts or a long press on the app icon. Focus mode – Take one routine at a time: run its timer, tick the checklist, and unlock the reward at the end. Points & rewards – Earn points for what you finish, create your own rewards, and spend points to unlock them – with little celebrations along the way. Gentle support – Smart follow-ups nudge you once if a routine hasn't happened yet (never between 10 pm and 7 am). Insights show how your mood connects to your routines, and a private helper link lets a partner, parent or coach follow your day. STEDO PLUS Stedo is free to use: tasks with reminders, routines, checklists, the inbox, the focus timer, mood check-ins, points and rewards. Stedo Plus is an optional subscription with a free trial. It adds today's plan, I'm stuck, smart follow-ups, AI planning and task breakdown, the routine player, insights and the weekly reflection, the helper link, calendar sync, longer mood history with PDF export, and extra app icons and colors. WHY STEDO - Built with ADHD in mind – small steps, gentle reminders and no guilt when a day doesn't go to plan. - Calm by default – quiet design, one clear thing at a time, light and dark themes. - Positive by design – progress is rewarded with points, rewards and small celebrations. - Made for everyone – work, studies, family or just calmer days; Stedo fits how you already think. About

Timedisk

Features

A timer you can read from across the room β€” and watch drain to nothing. Timedisk shows time as a shrinking disk. A wide coloured wedge fills the screen, and as the minutes pass it visibly disappears. There are no digits to decode and no arithmetic to do: you glance at it and you know how much is left. That is the whole idea, and it works for the people a digital clock has always failed. SET IT IN TWO SECONDS Drag your thumb around the dial to any length, or tap a preset β€” 5, 10, 15, 25, or one of your own. Start. That is the entire interaction, which matters when starting is the hard part. MADE FOR ADULTS, NOT ONLY CLASSROOMS Visual timers have been styled for six-year-olds for twenty years. Timedisk's default look is clean, quiet, and grown-up, and it can sit on your desk in a meeting without announcing anything about you. When it is for a child, kid mode flips it to big playful shapes and colours. IT KEEPS PERFECT TIME Set it, put the phone face up, walk away, and glance over from the other side of the kitchen. The countdown keeps perfect time even if you close the app or restart the phone, because it counts down to a fixed moment rather than ticking along β€” and the alert still arrives at zero. CHAIN A ROUTINE Build a routine out of steps β€” dress 10, breakfast 15, shoes 5 β€” each with its own label, length, and colour. Timedisk runs them back to back, chimes between them, and always shows what is running now and what is coming next. Mornings, bedtimes, homework blocks, cleaning sprints, lesson changeovers, physio sets. FOR TIME BLINDNESS If you have ADHD, or you look after someone who does, you already know that "five more minutes" is not a unit anyone can feel. A disk that visibly empties turns an abstract number into something you can watch arriving. The same goes for autistic routines, for children who cannot read a clock yet, and for anyone who looks up and finds an hour gone. ALERTS THAT LAND Pick a sound per timer, feel the haptic, and see the screen flash at zero. Through the last stretch the colour shifts to warn you it is nearly up, so the end never ambushes you. Keep the screen awake whenever the disk is on show. PAY ONCE, OWN IT Buy Timedisk Lifetime and it is yours: no subscription, no renewal, no losing your routines because a card expired. An annual plan with a free trial is there too, if you would rather start that way. FREE The complete timer β€” the disk, presets, alerts, escalating end-of-timer warnings β€” plus one saved routine of up to three steps. Nothing about the core timer is held back. TIMEDISK PRO β€’ Unlimited routines with unlimited steps β€’ Themes, including kid mode and dark β€’ Custom alert sounds per timer and per step Everything happens on your phone. No account, no sign-up, no cloud, no ads, and no data leaving the device. Pro is available as a one-time Lifetime purchase or as an annual auto-renewing subscription that opens with a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown in your own currency before you buy.
