Point Portion Fit at a restaurant menu and every dish gets a score for your day. Not a generic chart: your calories left, your protein to go, your goal, and what you actually eat. WHAT IT DOES Scores the menu. Scan a menu or pick a chain and each dish gets a Fit Score from 0 to 100. Tap Why and it shows the maths: protein per calorie, how it fits this meal, how far it moves your day. Verified chain data is marked, estimates are marked too. Tells you how to order. One tap writes the sentence you say at the counter: what to swap, what to skip, and what it does to the numbers. Learns what fits you. The home card knows the meal you are in, what you have left, and offers one of your own usuals that fits. The more you log, the better it fits. Turns a reel into a recipe. Share an Instagram reel to Portion Fit and it becomes a recipe with steps, macros, and a photo in your cookbook. Browse recipes other people turned in, rated by the people who cooked them. Logs food fast. Search any food, weigh it, log several at once. Say what you ate out loud. Snap a plate. Scan a barcode. Log a usual in one tap. Coaches and friends. A coach sends a week of meals in minutes. Friends see each other's streaks, or as much as each person chooses to share. Pick a place where everyone at the table has a real meal. Sees your day. Weekly nutrition, weight trend, water, and a recap of how the week and month went. Connect Apple Health for steps, burn, and sleep, and the day's budget adjusts to what you actually did.
