Turn your weighed formula into manageable mixes, record actual weights and ingredient additions, and resume preparation without losing your place. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Tools, then Mix Sheets. Explore the clearly labeled roll-prep example or enter the gram weights of your tested formula. 2. Choose the number and unbaked weight of portions plus a working mix capacity appropriate for your equipment. The run is split into balanced mixes with ingredient weights rounded to 0.1 g. 3. Record each ingredient as added and optionally enter its actual net weight. Switch mixes, save notes, share the full sheet, or repeat with a fresh run that clears all progress. Existing recipe scaling, unit and density conversion, yield planning, baker percentages, pan tools, cost calculations, recipe history and reference tools remain available. Mix runs store their own formula snapshots separately. WHAT TO KNOW Unbaked mixture weights only, not finished baked weights or cooking instructions. Use a tested formula and suitable equipment capacity and scale resolution. No automatic density, food-safety or cooking-time decisions. Up to 30 ingredients, 50 mixes per run and 50 saved runs; 100 kg total run limit. Very small ingredients that round to zero are rejected. iPhone and iPad.

HotpotMan is an offline timer made for hotpot meals. Tripe should stay crisp, duck blood should stay tender, beef should be lifted just after it changes color, and meatballs need enough time to cook through without sitting too long. The best flavor of each ingredient often lives in a short window of seconds. HotpotMan includes practical reference times for common hotpot ingredients, and you can also add your own custom times. Whether you follow a restaurant's signature method or your own favorite texture, the timing can match the way you like to eat. After an ingredient goes into the pot, HotpotMan shows a clear status: ready, almost ready, or still cooking. It helps you lift food at the right moment and keep the original freshness, tenderness, snap, and aroma of every ingredient. You can run multiple ingredient timers at once, review what went into the pot, check meal statistics, and generate a fun hotpot report or poster to share with friends after the meal. All data stays on your device. No login is required, and the app does not depend on a network connection.
