Trips, clubs, family, fandom. The photos from that day are scattered across everyone's camera roll. Memory Log keeps a memory as one thing: the photos, the place, and the map. Share memories with a group of up to 20 people. WHAT EVERYONE SAVES LANDS ON ONE MAP - Save photos and a place together as a single memory - What your group posts appears on the same map and timeline as yours - People who join later can see past memories that remain in the group - Shared photos are stored in the cloud for 1 year after upload INVITING IS A QR CODE OR A LINK - You choose how long the link works and how many people can use it - Made a new link? The old one stops working - No account, no email address KEEP YOUR CIRCLES APART - Travel friends, a club, family — you can be in several groups at once - Switch from the top of the screen. The color around the edge tells you where you are - Your own private space has no color, so you always know when nobody else is looking YOU DECIDE WHAT LEAVES YOUR PHONE - Choose where each memory goes - "Remove from the group" and "delete everywhere" are separate choices - Notifications are per group PLACES YOU WANT TO GO, TOGETHER - Share "want to go" pins with your group - Been there? Turn the pin into a memory — the name, note, photo and link all carry over - Your own pin clears itself; pins other people added stay, for members who haven't been yet - Open any pin in Maps or Google Maps ALSO IN THE APP - Four ways to look back: Home, Timeline, Map, and Library - Year in review, a world map, and a travel passport - Tag filters, widgets, and reminders on the anniversary of a memory - No ads WHAT'S FREE - Keeping memories is unlimited — both how many, and how many photos in each - Joining groups you're invited to, and receiving everyone's memories, is unlimited too - You can share up to 15 memories of your own (3 photos each). Unshare one and the slot comes back - You can create up to 5 groups (family, trips, clubs — keep them separate) MEMORY LOG PRO (one-time purchase) - Share unlimited memories with your groups - Share up to 99 photos per memory (up from 3) - Create as many groups as you like - Backup and restore, travel footprints, PDF photo books, and recap cards - Face ID lock, original-photo cleanup, and notification and widget options Keep the places you went, together.

Your partner app for traveling in Japan! A map album that automatically paints the prefectures and countries you have visited, using the location data left in your photos. There is no list to check off. Your photos paint the map for you. ■ Getting started Choose the prefecture you live in and allow access to your photos. That is all. The app then reads your photo library and fills in the blank map of all 47 prefectures. If you have ten years of photos, ten years of footprints become a map on the very first run. There is no account to create. ■ What you can do for free (the map of all 47 prefectures has no feature limits) ・A color-in map of all 47 prefectures. Prefectures you visited are painted, and prefectures you only passed through are tinted very faintly ・Tap a prefecture to see the number of visits, total days, number of photos, and a list of when you went ・Photo map. A map with your own photos placed where you took them. Tap a cluster to open the list of photos ・Timeline. Look back on your trips in two arrangements, "by region" and "by date" ・Trips with no surviving photos can be registered by hand. Trips from the film era, or trips whose photos you deleted, can still go on the map ・You can add a location to photos that have none, with a pin on the map. Useful for photos from a DSLR or a GoPro ・Export the painted map as a single image ・Change the map colors to any color you like. You can also pick an individual color per prefecture, and the color of the sea ・Select photos and hand them to another app (the original data, as is. Up to 30 at a time) ・Travel Mode recording can be used 3 times for free ■ What you can unlock by paying (one-time purchase, not a subscription) ・World Map … a color-in map of the world, the number of countries and regions you visited, a breakdown by continent, a photo list per country, and a share image of the world map. You can switch between a flat map and a globe ・Travel Mode … record routes with no limit on how many times. Recorded routes appear as lines on the map, colored by means of travel (walking, bicycle, car or bus, train, Shinkansen, airplane). GPX export, adding locations to photos based on a recorded route, and share images with the route are also available ・Unlock Both … both of the above. Cheaper than buying them separately Travel Mode can record 3 times even without unlocking it. During those 3 times, GPX export and geotagging photos from a route are available too. ■ Privacy ・The photos themselves never leave your device. The app never sends your photos or location data anywhere ・Not a single piece of advertising or usage-analytics software is included ・There is no account registration and no login ・Writing location data back to your photo library asks for confirmation once, and can be undone afterwards. It can also be turned off in the settings ・The photo map and the route map communicate in order to show Apple's maps. The color-in maps (Japan and the world) are drawn by the app itself, so they do not communicate ■ Requirements For iPhone only. iOS 16.0 or later. Allow access to your photo library and the map is painted automatically. "Selected Photos" access also works, painting within the range of the photos you chose. You can also use the app without photos, registering the places you went by hand. ■ Map data sources Based on the "National Land Numerical Information (administrative boundary data)" (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan) 「国土数値情報(行政区域データ)」(国土交通省), created by Nakameguro TV Made with Natural Earth. Free vector and raster map data @ naturalearthdata.com. Made with Natural Earth (admin-1) Taiwan county boundaries: National Land Surveying and Mapping Center, MOI (Open Government Data License v1.0)
