SleepKit measures your night and tells you what it actually knows. TRACK WITH YOUR IPHONE — OR YOUR WATCH Put your iPhone on the nightstand and SleepKit records the night: how long you slept, how restless you were, when you drifted off. Wear an Apple Watch and it uses the watch's measured sleep stages instead of an estimate — automatically, with nothing to set up. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT MEASURES Every night carries a badge: measured on your watch, or estimated by your phone. Tap it and SleepKit explains what an iPhone on a nightstand can and cannot see — someone else in the bed, a loud room, a night too short to show a pattern. If a night came out wrong, you can correct the times or leave it out of your averages. WHAT YOU GET EVERY MORNING • Sleep score with the full formula shown — no hidden weighting • Sleep stages across the night: deep, REM, light, awake • How long you took to fall asleep, and your sleep efficiency • Snoring detection with recordings you can listen back to • Room noise in decibels FROM APPLE HEALTH Heart rate and its overnight dip, HRV, blood oxygen, breathing rate and wrist temperature — each shown next to your own weekly average, with a plain answer to whether it is normal for you. WAKE UP GENTLY The smart alarm looks for a light sleep phase inside your wake window, so you are not pulled out of deep sleep. If no light phase comes, it still rings at your latest wake-up time. That time is a guarantee, not a suggestion. ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN Start or end the night from the Apple Watch app. Widgets show last night's score on the home and lock screen. A Live Activity keeps the running night on your lock screen, so you always know it is recording. STILL EVERY SLEEP SOUND Rain, waves, fire, white noise, city and nature — mix up to eight sounds, save your own mixes, set a fade-out timer. Nothing from the sound library was removed. FREE TO TRACK Recording your night, the score, the stages and the vitals are free and unlimited. Premium adds history beyond 14 days and widgets. PRIVACY Night recordings stay on your iPhone and are never uploaded. No third-party analytics, no advertising, no account.
