Spending more time on your phone than you'd like? DetoxScreen helps you take back control โ no guilt, no bloat. DetoxScreen blocks the apps that pull you in โ social media, video, games โ during the moments you want to stay focused. You set the rules, the app does the rest. WHAT YOU CAN DO โข Block the apps of your choice in one tap โข Start a focus session with a chosen duration when you need to concentrate โข Create distraction-free schedules (work, sleep, meals, workouts) โข Give yourself "5 more minutes" right from the block screen โ a bounded grace period (3 a day), not an open door โข Filter the websites that waste your time โข Turn on Strict Mode so you can't disable a block on a whim โข Track the time you win back WHY DETOXSCREEN Most digital-wellbeing apps can be bypassed in two seconds. DetoxScreen is built on Apple's Screen Time technology, so blocking actually works: when you decide to cut off, it cuts off. Completely free: no subscription, no account, no ads, no selling your data. Your usage never leaves your device. A digital detox doesn't mean quitting everything. It means choosing. DetoxScreen gives you that choice back. Take back your time. Take back your attention.

MonkAndMonkey is a calm system for turning long-term goals into daily action. Plan tasks around the areas of life that matter, start a focus session from a task or timer preset, and see your work accumulate toward your goals. Build support habits, reduce habits that get in the way, and use the journal to reflect on energy and progress. On iPhone: - organize tasks by project, tag, date, and life area; - create private teams and shared projects in Advanced mode, and plan tasks assigned to you in Today; - start, pause, and finish focus sessions; - use timer presets for deep work, creative work, and quick admin; - track habits and review your week; - keep Focus, Today, Habits, and Saved Starts close with Home and Lock Screen widgets; - follow a running session in a Live Activity and use its controls; - choose optional reminders for habits and weekly reflection; - connect selected Apple Health metrics to a numeric habit only after separate consent and Apple's permission. The Apple Watch companion lets you view current work, control a session, start presets, and check tasks and habits. An account is required to sync your data across supported MonkAndMonkey surfaces. New accounts must confirm they are at least 13 years old, subject to applicable local rules.
