Spending more time on your phone than you'd like? DetoxScreen helps you take back control โ no guilt, no bloat. DetoxScreen blocks the apps that pull you in โ social media, video, games โ during the moments you want to stay focused. You set the rules, the app does the rest. WHAT YOU CAN DO โข Block the apps of your choice in one tap โข Start a focus session with a chosen duration when you need to concentrate โข Create distraction-free schedules (work, sleep, meals, workouts) โข Give yourself "5 more minutes" right from the block screen โ a bounded grace period (3 a day), not an open door โข Filter the websites that waste your time โข Turn on Strict Mode so you can't disable a block on a whim โข Track the time you win back WHY DETOXSCREEN Most digital-wellbeing apps can be bypassed in two seconds. DetoxScreen is built on Apple's Screen Time technology, so blocking actually works: when you decide to cut off, it cuts off. Completely free: no subscription, no account, no ads, no selling your data. Your usage never leaves your device. A digital detox doesn't mean quitting everything. It means choosing. DetoxScreen gives you that choice back. Take back your time. Take back your attention.
Pickachore

You know what needs doing. That is not the problem. The problem is standing in the kitchen at 9am deciding which of eleven things to do first, and then doing none of them. Pickachore decides for you. Add your chores once. Every day, spin the wheel. It lands on exactly one, and that one is your chore for the day. Not a list. Not a plan. One thing. HOW IT WORKS - Add chores with a category and a rough time estimate. - Spin the wheel. It picks one. - Don't fancy it? Re-roll. That chore is set aside for the rest of the day and something else takes its place. - Time it if you like, then mark it done. WHY ONE A list of twelve chores is a list of twelve decisions, and every one of them is a chance to do nothing instead. One chore is not a decision. It is just the thing you are doing next. The daily re-roll allowance is deliberately small. If you could re-roll forever you would simply spin until you found the easiest job, and the wheel would be theatre. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No sign-up. No analytics, no trackers, no ads. Your chores live in a database on your iPhone and are never uploaded anywhere, because there is nowhere to upload them to.
