You do not need another plan. You need the next thing. GAVEKI takes what is in your head and gives you one clear move to start on. Not a schedule to build. Not a system to maintain. One thing, and then the next one. It is for people who know exactly how much they have to do and still cannot start — the overloaded, the stuck, and anyone whose brain works this way, including people with ADHD. HOW IT WORKS 1. BRAIN DUMP. Type it or say it, in any order, however it comes out. No categories, no priorities, no due dates. Gaveki turns the mess into a plain list you can check before anything lands. 2. CHOOSE TODAY’S THREE. Not everything. Three for today; the rest waits in Later without nagging you. 3. GET ONE NEXT MOVE. Gaveki picks one thing and tells you why. If it is too big, make it smaller. If you are stuck, say so. 4. FOCUS. Start it, with a timer if you want one — five minutes counts. Nothing else on the screen. 5. DONE. Mark it, and the next move is already there. WHAT ELSE IS THERE • RESCUE ME, for the days you cannot even look at the list. Say what is in the way and one thing comes back — never the list again. • Morning and evening routines, kept apart from your tasks, with reminders that arrive on time. • Progress you can look back on: what you finished, streaks, a weekly review. • Come back after a week away and nothing scolds you. A run of days that ends simply stops being shown; you are never told you broke it. • Sign in with an email link. No password to remember. • A calm, quiet design that works in the dark too. GAVEKI PRO Free is enough to see that Gaveki works — the whole loop, every day. Pro is for the rest of the day: every time your head fills up again, Gaveki is still there to decide what you do next. Pro also adds separate workspaces (work, home, that project), custom routines, and a coach that talks in the voice you choose. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your App Store subscription settings. Restore Purchases is in Settings. GAVEKI is a focus and productivity tool. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. About

Pomodoro Focus Timer

Features

PostPing is a focus timer built on the Pomodoro method - work in focused sprints, take real breaks, repeat - with alarms that actually fire, even when the app is closed. Set your focus and break lengths, press start, and PostPing pings you at every switch. Deep work, studying, writing, coding, revision, chores - anything that goes better in focused intervals with real breaks. BUILT TO ACTUALLY WORK Most timers go silent the moment you leave the app. PostPing doesn't. Its pings run on iOS 26 AlarmKit, so the alarm fires full-screen and out loud even when the app is closed, backgrounded, or your phone is on silent - the same reliability as Apple's own Clock. Your session never quietly dies. THE ESSENTIALS - Live Activity & Dynamic Island: phase and countdown on your Lock Screen - Configurable focus and break durations, plus built-in ping sounds - Optional post nudge: end a sprint with a prompt to share progress, or turn it off - Clean, focused design: no ads, no account, no clutter POSTPING PRO - Profiles: a saved rhythm for every mode - "Deep Work 50/10," "Study Sprint 25/5," "Writing" - Rename phases and add your own on-screen and alarm text - Custom ping sounds: record your own or import a file - The full per-phase accent-color palette - Home & Lock Screen widgets Try Pro free for 7 days, then monthly - or unlock it once with a one-time Lifetime purchase. Focus, break, repeat - one ping at a time. PostPing Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. After a 7-day free trial, the monthly subscription renews at the price shown in the app unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A one-time Lifetime purchase is also available. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
