Elephant Habit vs PremierPet

Your brain runs on autopilot. Elephant Habit helps you break that pattern — one small disruption at a time. Every day, Elephant Habit gives you a single, bite-sized challenge designed to interrupt your routines and shake you out of your habits. Accept it, reshuffle it, or skip it. The goal isn't perfection — it's noticing the autopilot and choosing differently. WHY ELEPHANT HABIT? Most habit apps ask you to ADD more routines. Elephant Habit does the opposite: it disrupts the patterns you already run on autopilot, building awareness and flexibility instead of rigid streaks. WHAT YOU GET • One daily pattern disruption, tailored to your chosen categories and difficulty • Reshuffle if today's challenge isn't the right fit • Mark complete, fail, or skip — and log how it went • A Resistance Score that tracks how you respond to discomfort over time • A Pattern Map that reveals where your autopilot is strongest • Weekly experiments for deeper, themed challenges • An archive of every disruption you've faced GENTLE, NOT GUILT-DRIVEN No punishing streaks. No spam. Just one optional daily nudge (if you want it) and a clean, calm interface designed to help you reflect — not stress. PRIVATE BY DESIGN All your data stays on your device. No account required. No tracking. Break the pattern. Start today.
