GentleEase vs Welcome VPN

GentleEase helps users track brief, calming exercises designed to reduce stress and promote relaxation. The interface features soft lavender and cream colors, slow card transitions, and smooth fade animations to create a peaceful environment. Users can log stress levels before and after each session, record exercise details, and add short notes on sensations or moods. The app emphasizes gentle, mindful engagement rather than intensity. Exercises can be grouped into morning, midday, or evening sessions, filtered by duration or type, and visualized with weekly trend charts. The interface includes subtle wave animations that enhance the calm atmosphere. Users can save favorite routines and track progress over time with clear statistics and diagrams showing stress reduction patterns.
