ReControl vs Time Wallet

Turn your phone addiction into energy. ReControl blocks the apps that steal your time — and you unlock them by moving. No more endless scrolling: your screen time is earned. THE PROBLEM: you're losing years to scrolling. We spend several hours a day on our phones — entire years of our lives on TikTok, Instagram and social media. Time you'll never get back. THE SOLUTION: exercise unlocks your screen time. ReControl flips the logic. Want to open a blocked app? Do a few pushups, squats, sit-ups or jumping jacks. The camera counts your reps — no cheating. You take care of your body while you disconnect. WHAT YOU GAIN • Less screen time, without the frustration • A workout routine that builds naturally • Sharper focus, better sleep, a clear mind • Your addiction replaced by a good habit • The satisfaction of taking back control FEATURES Smart app blocker • Lock social media and time-wasting apps • Screen-time control that actually holds Unlock by moving • Pushups, squats, jumping jacks, sit-ups • On-device pose detection: every rep counts • Choose your difficulty and rep count Progress like a game • Earn XP, level up, keep your streaks alive • Complete quests, open chests, unlock trophies • Your discipline becomes a motivating adventure See your progress • Track your screen time day by day • See the minutes — and years — you win back • Watch your physical activity climb PERFECT FOR • Anyone hooked on social media • Doomscrollers and procrastinators • People who want to get fit but lack motivation • Students who want to focus better • Professionals chasing productivity • People easily distracted (ADHD) by their phone THE SCIENCE Pairing a behavior you want to reduce (screen time) with one you want to build (exercise) creates lasting habits. ReControl uses this principle to transform your relationship with your phone… and your body. PRIVATE & SECURE ReControl uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) API to block apps. The camera is only used to count your reps, entirely on your device: no video is ever stored or transmitted. Take back the power over your phone. Time Wallet keeps your distractions closed until you decide to take a break. Choose the app that pulls you in too easily. Time Wallet protects it by default using Apple Screen Time tools. When you want access, start a 5, 15 or 30 minute break. During the break, your protected selection is available. When the time ends, Time Wallet locks it again automatically. FREE • Protect one individual app • Take unlimited 5, 15 or 30 minute breaks • End a break early when you are done • Automatic re-protection after every break • Essential weekly statistics • No account required TIME WALLET PRO • Protect multiple apps • Protect categories and websites when supported by Screen Time • Choose custom break durations • Add an optional daily limit • Add optional cooldown between breaks • Use Strict Mode for stronger rules • See advanced history and statistics Time Wallet is designed for conscious access, not more time inside the app. A day with no break can still be a useful day if your protection stayed in place. The app does not read the content of protected apps, messages, photos or websites. App selection is handled through Apple's Screen Time frameworks. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple.
