A food diary that fits your everyday life. Log what you eat, review your portions and see your calories and macros together. Calidus brings food logging, recipes, water, weight and fasting into one app for iPhone and iPad. START WITH ONE FOOD Search for a food, scan a barcode or create a custom entry. Check the portion before adding it. Clear confirmation lets you know when your food is saved. MAKE REPEAT MEALS QUICKER Use recent foods, log a saved recipe or review yesterday’s meal before adding it to today. Change the portions or remove anything that is different. BUILD RECIPES YOUR WAY Save ingredients and preparation steps. Organize a recipe into reusable components, such as chicken and biscuits, and adjust each component separately. Choose how many portions you ate, including more than one portion of a single-serving recipe. Save a variation without replacing the original. DESCRIBE A RECIPE COMPONENT On supported devices with Apple Intelligence available, describe a component in your own words to draft its ingredients and preparation steps on your device. Review the matched foods and measurements before using the draft. Nutrition is calculated from the food records and portions you confirm. You can always enter and edit details manually. SEE YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE Energy rings show calories eaten, estimated calories burned and the difference between them. Track protein, carbohydrates, fat and other nutrients. Optional Apple Health access can bring activity into your calorie budget. BUILD HABITS AT YOUR PACE Log water and weight, review your diary and see a recap of your recent logging. Notifications are optional. Choose a daily meal reminder at a time that suits you; Calidus skips it when that meal is already logged. Edit it or turn it off whenever you like. FASTING, WHEN YOU CHOOSE Use fasting timers, schedules, widgets and Live Activities to follow a fast and review completed sessions. Fasting reminders are separate from your daily meal reminder. YOUR DIARY, YOUR CHOICE No app account is required. Your diary is stored on your device, with optional sync through your own iCloud account. Apple Health access is optional. Basic diary logging works offline; online food searches, barcode lookups, optional sync and sibling-app promotions may use the internet. Calidus has no subscription or in-app purchases. It may show promotions for other Maneo House apps. Calorie targets, energy expenditure and food nutrition are estimates. Review food matches, measurements and AI drafts, including ingredients relevant to your allergies or dietary needs. Calidus is a tracking tool, not medical advice.

About

Pacecraft

Features

Pacecraft is a running coach that builds a training plan around your fitness and your race, then sends every session straight to your Apple Watch. It is free, there is no account to create, and your health data stays on your device. Most training plans treat every runner the same. Pacecraft starts from where you are today. It reads your recent runs and cardio fitness from Apple Health, works out your current fitness, and predicts your times from 5K to the marathon, with an honest range rather than a number designed to flatter you. BUILT AROUND YOUR RACE Choose your distance, date and goal, and Pacecraft builds a plan that fits the weeks you have left. Set a marathon, half marathon, 10K or 5K, and it structures the whole block for you, from easy running through threshold, intervals and long runs. STRAIGHT TO YOUR WATCH Every session arrives in the Workout app on your Apple Watch with its pace and heart rate targets already in place. Outside, it guides you on pace. On the treadmill, it switches to heart rate so the alerts stop fighting you. TRAINING THAT KNOWS THE COURSE Add the route for your race and Pacecraft reads its climbs, its descents and the short bridges that tend to arrive late on tired legs, then works the right preparation into your training so nothing on the day comes as a surprise. HONEST COACHING Pacecraft tracks your form, training load and recovery, and tells you plainly when to ease off. If your goal has drifted out of reach it will say so, rather than pretending everything is on track. As your fitness changes, it updates the paces for the sessions still to come, without touching the ones you have already run. FREE AND PRIVATE There is no account, no subscription and no adverts. Pacecraft runs on your device, and your health and training data never leaves it. Granting Apple Health access is optional. You can also enter a recent time by hand and use the plan without it. Pacecraft provides general training information and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme.
