SetupRides vs O3 Drive

SetupRides — Private Rideshare, By Invitation Only SetupRides reimagines rideshare as something personal and private. Instead of an open marketplace of strangers, SetupRides connects you only with drivers you know or have been invited to ride with. Every booking starts with a driver's unique code — so you always know exactly who's picking you up. Whether you're arranging rides for yourself, your family, or your business, SetupRides gives you a trusted, direct connection between rider and driver, with real-time tracking and transparent pricing every step of the way. How it works Drivers create their own ride code and share it with the riders they choose. Riders enter that code to request a trip — adding pickup, destination, date, time, and any notes. From there, rider and driver agree on a price directly, with no surge pricing or hidden marketplace fees dictating the cost. Once a trip begins, riders follow along on a live map as the driver's GPS location updates in real time. The app automatically detects arrival at both pickup and destination using geofencing, and sends timely notifications and alarms so no one misses a pickup. Features Invitation-only booking using personal driver codes Real-time GPS trip tracking with a live map and route visualization Direct, transparent price negotiation between rider and driver Automatic arrival detection at pickup and dropoff In-app notifications and alarms for every trip event Driver availability scheduling so riders can book the right time Profile photos to help riders and drivers recognize each other at pickup Saved drivers for fast, one-tap rebooking Two-way rating system after each completed trip Secure card payments and flexible driver payout options Personal and corporate accounts with member management for teams and families Built for trust SetupRides is designed around relationships, not anonymity. Because rides happen within your own network of trusted drivers, you get the convenience of modern rideshare with the confidence of knowing who's behind the wheel. Corporate accounts make it easy for businesses to coordinate rides for staff and clients, with usage tracking and member controls built in. Privacy and location SetupRides uses your location to power live trip tracking and share progress between rider and driver, including while the app runs in the background during an active trip. Location is used only to support the ride experience. Set up your code, invite your drivers or riders, and experience rideshare the private way.
