FieldNote vs 工程相機 CPMS

Stop typing inspection reports at night. FieldNote turns what you say on-site into a finished, branded inspection report — before you're back in the truck. Walk the property, talk through what you see, and FieldNote organizes your words into a clean, professional report you can review and send in minutes. Or type your notes instead — a report is always one tap away. No cloud. No account. No signal required. Everything — recording, transcription, and drafting — happens on your device. BUILT FOR INSPECTORS WORLDWIDE Choose your country and FieldNote loads the right report standard for your market — InterNACHI/ASHI (US & Canada), RICS Home Survey (UK), AS 4349.1 (Australia), NZS 4306 (New Zealand), Ireland pre-purchase, and a universal template everywhere else. The whole app — and the report it drafts — is localized in 34 languages. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap record and inspect like you normally would, talking as you go (or type your notes). 2. FieldNote transcribes on-device and sorts your words into the right standard systems for your region. 3. It flags the severity of each finding — from monitor to safety hazard — and warns you about any required system you didn't mention. 4. Review, edit, attach photos, and export a branded PDF for your client. WHY INSPECTORS LOVE IT - Reclaim your evenings — a full report drafts in the time it takes to walk the house. - It uses YOUR words. FieldNote never invents findings. - Never miss a required system. - Severity-flagged automatically: monitor, minor, major, and safety. - Branded, client-ready PDFs with your company, license, and contact. - Attach photos to any section, with location data stripped for privacy. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your audio never leaves your device. There's no server, no upload, no third-party AI. FieldNote works completely offline — perfect for basements, crawlspaces, and rural properties with no signal. FIELDNOTE PRO Create your first reports free. Go unlimited with FieldNote Pro: - Yearly (best value) or Monthly, with a free trial - Lifetime — pay once, yours forever, never leaves your device Have an access or App Store offer code? Redeem it in the app to unlock Pro. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. FieldNote produces a draft from your dictation for your review. It is not an appraisal, a survey, a warranty, or a certification of code or safety compliance.
