AI Planner vs EmailTasker

Tempa is a voice-first day planner for ADHD adults — and for anyone whose to-do list has quietly turned into a wall of guilt. Say your day out loud, and Tempa's AI turns it into a real schedule: times, durations, and an order that fits how your energy actually moves. Then it does the part that matters most. It hides the wall and shows you one thing — the one you're doing right now. No streaks to lose. No red overdue badges. No screen telling you how far behind you are. When a day falls apart, Tempa reshapes it and moves on with you. Tempa is free to download. Using it requires Tempa Pro, an auto-renewable subscription — and new subscribers get 3 days completely free on the yearly plan, so you can test every feature before paying anything. WHAT YOU GET WITH TEMPA PRO • Speak Your Day: Talk the way you think — "gym at eight, focused work until lunch, call Mum in the evening." Tempa writes the schedule; you tap once to keep it. • One Thing at a Time: The Right Now block shows the single task you're on, with everything else deliberately out of sight until it's their turn. • Break It Down: Stuck on something big? Tempa splits it into steps small enough to actually start, so beginning costs almost nothing. • Ask Tempa: Ask what to do next, what to drop, or where something could fit — and get an answer that already knows what's on your day. • Focus Sessions: A dial-based timer with a gentle nudge if you wander off, never a scolding one. A session survives an app switch, a phone call, or a full restart — you come back to exactly where you were. • Built Around Your Rhythm: Tell Tempa when you wake up and when your energy dips. Demanding work stays in your good hours; the dip gets the light stuff. • Your Week, Without the Report Card: See your golden hours as a heat map, your focus minutes, and what you planned against what you did — as information, never a verdict. • Yours, Everywhere: Your day syncs privately across your iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud account. No sign-up, no ads, no tracking. Plan out loud. Do one thing. Move at your tempo. — — — SUBSCRIPTION Tempa Pro is a paid auto-renewable subscription required to use Tempa. • Subscription: Tempa Pro Yearly • Length: 1 year, auto-renewing • Price: $29.99 USD per year (prices may vary by region) • Free trial: 3 days for new subscribers, then $29.99/year • Subscription: Tempa Pro Monthly • Length: 1 month, auto-renewing • Price: $3.99 USD per month (prices may vary by region) Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. EmailTasker is an AI secretary that turns important Microsoft email into clear tasks and keeps Today focused on work planned or due today. YOUR DAY • Needs Attention — missed plans and passed hard deadlines stay visible until you handle them. • Today — only work planned for today or genuinely due today. Add, complete, snooze, and undo. • Plan — schedule future work or keep it unscheduled without crowding Today. • Calendar — an agenda of what is coming, with events you can create and edit. FROM EMAIL TO TASKS • Connect a Microsoft mailbox directly and turn actionable messages into tasks. • Open a task's source message when you need the original context. • Review mailing lists before you unsubscribe. On iPhone, inspect each sender and request unsubscribe in one tap. • On Mac, optionally archive reviewed existing messages, with history and Undo. YOUR AI SECRETARY • Ask what needs attention, what belongs Today, or what you can plan ahead. • Let the assistant create and update tasks in plain language, with visible action history and Undo. • Reversible actions include Undo; sending or permanently deleting starts with a short countdown you can cancel. • Before the assistant starts, you see exactly what it shares, and you can withdraw at any time in Privacy & Data. WHAT'S FREE, WHAT'S PRO • Free: tasks and calendar on this device. • Pro adds Microsoft mail, Mailing Lists, the assistant, Morning Brief, and automatic email-to-task extraction. • On iPhone, subscribe to Pro or buy AI Units through Apple. Existing Pro and AI Units already on your EmailTasker account are also recognized.
