Task paralysis isn't laziness. Time blindness isn't carelessness. Kickstart is the ADHD app that gets you *started* β€” not another planner you'll abandon by Thursday. One tap breaks any task into micro-steps you can physically start in 2 minutes. Body double with people who get it. Watch time shrink instead of guessing. Streaks that bend when life happens, instead of breaking you. WHY KICKSTART WORKS DIFFERENTLY β€’ Unstick Me β€” splits any task into tiny steps; step 1 always takes 2 minutes or less. Runs on your device, works offline β€’ Launch Pad β€” ONE next action, not a guilt list β€’ Visible time β€” shrinking radial timers, Live Activities, widgets, Apple Watch β€’ Body Double Rooms β€” silent live co-working, zero chat pressure β€’ Bendy streaks β€” miss a day, the vine bends; it never breaks β€’ Brain Dump β€” add anything in under 3 seconds from anywhere, sort never β€’ Start Ritual β€” a 20-second runway from intention to action β€’ Routines that compress when you're running late, and say so plainly β€’ Wins, not shame β€” we celebrate starting, never graph your failures BUILT FOR ADHD BRAINS No courses. No setup marathon. No red badges piling up. Everything works without an account, and voice input runs offline and on-device. Free during early access β€” no ads, no subscription, no account required. Your tasks never leave your device. No ads, no tracking, no data sale. Ever. Kickstart is a productivity support tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or any condition.

It's okay to do just one. OK Planner brings your tasks, daily schedule and journal together. For people with ADHD or a busy mind, it offers a place to choose one thing, pause when you need to and come back at your own pace. A GOOD FIT IF YOU… β€’ Want to see your daily plans and free time at a glance. β€’ Find planning and managing tasks difficult, whether because of ADHD or for other reasons, and want to take one small step at a time. β€’ Often put tasks off and want to start focusing with a timer set for just a few minutes. β€’ Want to capture everyday moments with voice or photos as well as text. SEE THE TIME YOU HAVE Arrange tasks on a daily timeline and see the gaps between the plans you've entered. Move between a day view and a monthly overview. Free time is based on your saved plans and the daily hours you set. SAVE IT NOW, PICK A DATE LATER A task only needs a name. Keep undated tasks in Later, pin what matters and organize with priorities, tags and search. Break a task into small steps and set reminders yourself. START SMALL, COME BACK EASILY Choose a 5, 10 or 25-minute focus timer. Pause, resume or add five minutes. When you put a task down, leave a note about the next step so you can return to the same task. KEEP A LITTLE OF TODAY Write a journal entry, use on-device voice input on supported devices or save photos. Add up to six photos per entry, with or without text, and choose your own mood. Look back at completed tasks and this week's timer time. FREE EVERYDAY TOOLS Create, edit and save tasks and journal entries, plan your day, use Later, add steps and run the manual focus timer. This week's statistics are included. There are no limits based on task count or completed tasks. MORE WITH OK PLANNER PRO An optional in-app purchase adds reusable routines, batch task entry, weekly and monthly PDF reports, Apple Calendar integration and Google Calendar through a Google account added to your iPhone. Pro also includes Apple Watch features with a connected iPhone, past-week and monthly statistics, creating or changing repeat and timer auto-start settings, and additional colors and fonts. Neither the free app nor Pro uses external AI. Records are saved on your device. iCloud sync is optional and off by default. Turn it on to sync tasks, journal entries and photos across devices using the same Apple Account. The moods you select and record are not included in this app’s iCloud sync. Connecting to Apple Health is also optional and off by default. With your permission, the moods you choose are saved to State of Mind in Health. You choose which records to import, too. Journal text and photos are never sent to Health.
