PWC Lab helps you record and review personal watercraft rides using your iPhone's GPS. RIDE RECORDING — Record your route, speed and acceleration data, then revisit saved rides, maps and available performance measurements. GPS measurements depend on signal quality and conditions; they are not an independent performance certification. GARAGE — Keep your watercraft profiles, modifications, maintenance information and ride history together. RIDERS & MEET UPS — Discover riding areas, connect with other riders and organize group rides. Browse the live rider map without sharing your own location. Choose Show my exact spot to share your name, ski and live position with your selected audience, then tap a rider to message them. Sharing is optional, expires on your timer and can be stopped at any time. LEADERBOARDS — Compare eligible recorded runs by available ski, class and location categories. OPTIONAL LINK HARDWARE — Connect compatible PWC Lab Link hardware for supported engine telemetry. Available data and functions depend on the connected hardware and watercraft. Phone GPS recording can be used without a Link. PWC Lab supports personal watercraft profiles for Sea-Doo, Yamaha and Kawasaki. Hardware compatibility varies. Always ride responsibly. Set up the app before riding and stop in a safe place before interacting with it.

A worn chain grinds down your cassette, and the cassette costs five times more. Velomind counts the mileage on every part of every bike you own and tells you what to replace while it's still cheap. WEAR YOU SEE COMING Chain, cassette, chainring, brake pads, rotors, tyres, fork, bottom bracket — 23 parts in all. Each has its own interval, calculated for your bike: its type, where you ride, the weather, the material of the part. Not a number from a table. RIDES LOG THEMSELVES Connect Strava or Apple Health and every ride is counted automatically. Garmin, Wahoo, Coros, Polar and Suunto come through either one. Nothing to enter by hand. CHECK INSTEAD OF REPLACE An interval reached is a reason to look, not to buy. Log "Checked — OK" and the reminder moves further out while the mileage stays. And if your own experience says otherwise, enter your own interval — everything is recalculated from your number. SERVICE LOGBOOK Every repair, part swap and service in one place, with cost, photos and notes. The bike's whole history, not a pile of receipts. AI MECHANIC Sees your bike and the mileage of its parts, and answers about your case rather than in general. Ask what the noise is, whether it's time for a new chain, what to check before a long ride. MILES AND KILOMETRES The US and the UK see miles everywhere — cards, intervals, notifications, chat. Everyone else sees kilometres. FREE One bike with all its rides, odometer and service logbook Chain: lube and replacement reminders Full history of everything you log VELOMIND PRO All 23 parts with their own intervals and reminders Several bikes, each with its own odometer and parts Spare sets: two wheelsets or a second chain, each with its own mileage AI mechanic that knows your bike Pro costs $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year (prices vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PWC Lab at none against Velomind AI's 2. PWC Lab also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.0). Velomind AI's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
