Don't just count a new score in your head. Hear it. StaffSinger lets you copy a confusing passage onto a staff and plays it back with the exact rhythm and pitch. Tap the staff or use the keys Press and hold the staff to choose a pitch, or tap the two-octave piano keyboard to add a note. Choose from whole notes down to sixteenths, dotted notes, triplets and rests, and remove the note you just added in one tap. Play along with a metronome After a count-in, the score plays to the metronome click and the note that is sounding is highlighted in color. Change the tempo and time signature in Settings. Chords and multiple voices Stack notes on the same beat to make a chord, and split the music into separate voices. Key signatures and treble, alto and bass clefs are supported. Solfege dictation Say the note names in time with the metronome and they go onto the staff as notes. Speak on the beat and the rhythm is captured too. Say do re mi fa sol la ti in English; speech recognition runs entirely on your device. Paste a score as text Paste text written in a fixed format and the staff fills in. Copy the rule, give it to an AI along with a photo of your score, then paste what it returns. Reference photo Take a photo of the score you are reading and keep it on screen to compare while you copy it out. Keep it beside you for choir, church music, instrument lessons and music school entrance prep, whenever you need to read music quickly.
