SelfAssay

SelfAssay is a research workspace for people who self-experiment with supplements, peptides, and nootropics. Look up the evidence, then find out with your own data whether your stack is actually working for you. IMPORTANT SelfAssay is decision support for your own research. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not sell, source, or recommend any compound, and it does not encourage the acquisition or use of any substance, including prescription or research compounds. Always consult a qualified clinician and follow the laws where you live. LOOK UP ANY COMPOUND Search a growing index of 500+ compounds. Each dossier shows an effectiveness grade by purpose (sleep, focus, recovery, fat loss, and more) and a separate safety grade, both computed from thousands of classified first-hand community reports. See the most-reported effects and side-effects, cited studies and clinical trials, and clinical biomarker directions. When there is not enough first-hand data yet, you see a dash. We never guess. TRACK YOUR OWN STACK Log the compounds you take with dose and schedule, run daily check-ins for energy, focus, mood, and sleep, and set up simple n-of-1 experiments. Connect Apple Health to layer your sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate onto the days you took a compound versus the days you did not. The correlation is computed entirely on your device. MORE TOOLS - Companion: an AI assistant for compound questions, grounded in the dossier data so it refuses rather than fabricates. - Pre-Flight: surfaces interaction and safety considerations reported in the community and the literature for a planned stack, as information to review with a qualified clinician. - Decoder: organizes the values from your own lab report for your reference and lines them up against your stack. It does not diagnose or interpret your results. - Protocols: save and revisit structured protocols. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your vault is encrypted at rest. Apple Health data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. There is no third-party analytics and no tracking. Export or permanently delete your account and data anytime from the app. FREE TO USE Core research and tracking are free to use. Companion, Pre-Flight, and Decoder have free limits, and advanced use is part of SelfAssay Pro. Build a supplement routine you'll actually keep. Tell fillin what you want in plain language—"I want to sleep better and feel less stressed"—and get a stack of nutrients, products and daily check-ins for that goal. Then track it in one place, every day. WHY FILLIN Most people take supplements without knowing what they take, why, or whether it helps. fillin turns that into a routine you can see: what's in your stack, what you took today, and how you feel over time. BUILD A STACK FROM ONE SENTENCE Describe your goal. fillin proposes ingredients with doses, products that cover them, and the check-ins that matter for that goal—each with its sources. Review, adjust, and create your stack in seconds. MORE THAN ONE STACK Sleep, training, focus—keep a separate stack for each goal, with its own supplements and tracking. Today rolls them all into one daily view. TODAY, IN ONE VIEW Check off what you took. Log how you feel on a simple 1–5 scale. One progress ring shows where you stand across all your stacks. KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE Items keeps your products in two lists—already have and to buy—and adds up ingredients across your stacks so you don't double up. FIND AND COMPARE Search supplements by need or ingredient and compare products before you buy. Purchases happen outside the app. INSIGHTS As you track, fillin builds reports that connect your routine to how you feel—so you can see what's working and what isn't. APPLE WATCH (OPTIONAL) Wear an Apple Watch to sleep and fillin can read sleep and activity data from Apple Health to show passive trends on Today. Read-only, clearly labeled, and entirely optional. fillin is a wellness and organization tool. Its suggestions are general information, not medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition—always consult a qualified professional about your health and any supplements you take.
