Scroll Brake vs Drone Flight Logbook

Scroll Brake helps you manage your screen time and stop opening distracting apps on autopilot. The app's goal is not to strictly ban apps or forcibly restrict your time on social media. The real goal is to turn mindless tapping into a conscious choice rather than an automatic reaction. The concept is straightforward: once your daily limit for an app or website runs out, access is paused behind a quick math problem. To continue using the app, solve the equation in your head. That brief pause gives you just enough time to reset. You can make this conscious choice anywhere — on public transit, in meetings, or in quiet rooms — completely discreetly and without disturbing anyone. No awkward physical exercises, loud alarms, or barcode scanning: just a few seconds of quiet mental focus. If you opened the app out of boredom, you can easily put your phone down. If you genuinely need it for work or communication, solve the puzzle and continue. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps and websites you want to limit. 2. Set your daily time allowance. 3. When time expires, Scroll Brake shields the screen with a math problem. 4. Solve the equation to unlock access. PRO TIP: SPLIT LIMITS & STRICT MODE Instead of one broad 1-hour limit, set a 10-minute session interval and cap daily unlocks at 6 in Strict Mode. You still get that same hour, but every 10 minutes a math puzzle breaks the endless feed hypnosis. Once those 6 unlocks are used up, the app stays firmly locked until tomorrow. KEY FEATURES • Adaptive Math Difficulty Equations adjust to your mental calculation speed. You can calibrate the baseline difficulty during setup — from quick single-step arithmetic to more challenging puzzles. • Strict Mode Need an unyielding barrier? Set a daily cap on unlock attempts. Once you reach it, apps are strictly locked until tomorrow, with no way to solve your way in. • Conscious Choice Anywhere No awkward tasks, loud sounds, or scanning barcodes. Solving an equation in your head takes seconds and allows you to make an intentional choice in any setting — on transit, at work, or at home — without disturbing anyone. • Daily Discipline, No Weekday Exceptions There are deliberately no day-of-week schedules. Bad habits don’t follow a work calendar: restricting screen time Monday to Friday only to binge all weekend won’t break the loop. Scroll Brake keeps your focus consistent every day. • App & Website Limits Limit individual apps, categories, or infinite scroll websites in Safari. • Screen Time Stats Keep track of your daily progress and see how much intentional focus time you gain back each week. • Privacy & Battery Efficiency Built directly on Apple's native Screen Time API: highly optimized, zero background battery drain, and no tracking. All calculations and statistics stay strictly on your device. • Zero Push Notifications Scroll Brake never requests notification permissions. It is built for uninterrupted quiet and focus, so it will never spam you with push alerts, sounds, or reminders. Spend your attention on what genuinely matters. Download Scroll Brake and make phone use intentional again. Keep every drone flight documented, organized, and ready for inspection — right from your iPhone. Drone Flight Logbook is the professional-grade logbook built for FAA Part 107 certificate holders, Part 137 agricultural operators, and serious hobbyist pilots who need reliable records for insurance claims, regulatory audits, and personal flight history. WHY PILOTS CHOOSE DRONE FLIGHT LOGBOOK ▸ COMPLETE FLIGHT RECORDS Log date, location, duration, altitude, distance flown, mission type, and notes for every flight. Track multiple aircraft with FAA registration numbers, serial numbers, and Remote ID. Flight templates and one-tap duplicate-last-flight prefill make logging back-to-back sorties fast. Never scramble for records when your insurer or the FAA asks. ▸ LIVE FLIGHT TIMER Start a guided timer with step-through pre-flight and post-flight checklists, then save straight to your log. Hands-full? Start and stop it with Siri, Shortcuts, or your iPhone's Action Button. ▸ CUSTOM CHECKLISTS & COMPLIANCE Build your own reorderable pre-flight and post-flight checklist templates on top of the standard compliance checks — airspace, NOTAMs, weather, LAANC authorization. Build an auditable trail that proves due diligence for every flight. ▸ MAINTENANCE, BATTERIES & COMPLIANCE ALERTS Log maintenance per drone — firmware updates, prop swaps, sensor calibrations — with recurring rules and due/overdue reminders. Track battery cycles with retirement warnings as cells age out. Get reminded before FAA registration expires. Everything you need for Part 137 maintenance documentation. ▸ WEATHER, MAPS & NIGHT-FLIGHT TRACKING Record wind, visibility and temperature for every flight. Location autocomplete drops an accurate map pin automatically. Every flight is auto-classified day, night, or twilight using local sun-position math, no network required. ▸ INSIGHTS A dedicated charts tab — hours flown, per-aircraft breakdown, battery cycle trends, and compliance completion — so your flying patterns are visible at a glance. ▸ FAA-READY PDF & CSV EXPORT Generate a professional audit packet: flight log tables (with page numbers and notes), maintenance history, incident appendix, and compliance summaries in a single, printable, paginated PDF. Export to CSV for spreadsheets, insurance submissions, or your own analysis — or import your existing AirData / PhantomHelp telemetry logs straight in. ▸ HOME SCREEN WIDGET See this month's flight count at a glance, kept fresh automatically — even when a flight is logged from another one of your devices. ▸ PILOT PROFILE & BACKUP Store your certificate details with a Part 107 expiry reminder. Full JSON backup export and restore (merge or replace) means your logbook is never locked in. ▸ PRIVATE iCLOUD SYNC Your logbook syncs privately across all your iOS devices via iCloud. No account to create, no third-party server, no data shared with anyone. Your flight data stays yours. ▸ IMPERIAL OR METRIC Choose Automatic, Imperial, or Metric units for altitude, distance, wind, visibility, and temperature — the display adapts, your records don't. BUILT FOR REAL PILOTS Whether you fly a DJI Mavic for real estate photography, an Autel for inspections, or a custom build for agricultural spraying — if you need a logbook that holds up to scrutiny, this is it. Free tier: Log up to 10 flights with full features. Pro unlock: Unlimited flights + PDF/CSV export/import. • $14.99/year subscription, or • $39.99 one-time lifetime purchase (Family Sharing supported). No ads. No tracking. No gimmicks. Just a logbook that works. Questions or feedback? We'd love to hear from you. Terms of Use: https://slateazimuth.com/terms/ Privacy Policy: https://slateazimuth.com/privacy/
