LOG IT IN THE MOMENT, NOT AT RENEWAL TIME Finished a seminar or webinar? Snap a photo of the certificate or sign-in sheet and log the activity from your phone in under a minute, right when it happens. No saving up a folder of PDFs to hand-enter into a state board portal the week renewal is due. Engineer PDH Tracker is built for your phone, so your records stay current with almost no effort. Track your continuing education across every state PE license you hold, in one app built for Professional Engineers. WHO IT'S FOR Engineer PDH Tracker is built for Professional Engineers (PE) who hold licenses in more than one state and need to track continuing education / professional development hours (PDH) across every board's rules at once. Whether you're licensed in a single state or a dozen, navigating your first renewal cycle or juggling overlapping deadlines across jurisdictions, this app keeps your records audit-ready and your compliance status crystal clear, so a board audit or a renewal month never catches you scrambling. EVERY STATE, ONE APP - 54 US jurisdictions covered (all 50 states plus DC, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands) - Annual, odd/even biennial, triennial, from-licensure-date, and birth-month deadline rules - Category mandates like professional ethics and state laws and rules of professional conduct - Carryover rules and caps, including self-study and online limits, handled per state - NCEES Continuing Professional Competency (CPC) conversions, including college-course and publication credit, where a state uses them - States with no continuing-education requirement flagged automatically Log an activity once. The compliance engine evaluates it independently against every state you're licensed in, applying each board's PDH total, cycle length, category rules, and carryover, so a single ethics course can satisfy several boards at the same time. REAL-TIME COMPLIANCE STATUS The dashboard shows per-state cards with progress bars, category breakdowns, and deadline countdowns. Sub-requirements tracked. Caps enforced. At-risk alerts before non-compliance becomes a problem. Color-coded status at a glance: Compliant, On Track, At Risk, or Non-Compliant. AUDIT-READY RECORDS Every activity stored with date, sponsor, duration, category, and an optional photo of your certificate or sign-in sheet. Searchable history. PDF export formatted for personal records or state board review, including a per-state report, a combined multi-state report, and an NCEES CPC-format activity log. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN Your CE records never leave your device and your own iCloud account. Nothing about your activities, licenses, or certificates is sent to us or any third party. Subscription handled by Apple via the App Store. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS PDH Tracker starts free. New users get 14 days of full access — every state, PDF exports, reminders, certificate photos — with no purchase required and nothing charged when it ends. After that you keep tracking one state free, with your records intact. To unlock multi-state tracking, PDF exports, certificate attachments, and deadline reminders, PDH Tracker offers an auto-renewing annual subscription. Current pricing is shown on the subscription screen before you purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
