About

iNavis Next

Sell boats. Stop chasing information. iNavis Next is the Navisnet app built for the people who sell boats: brokers, dealers, shipyards and sales networks. It puts the whole system in your pocket — clients, fleet, listings, quotes — and adds two new tools that change the rhythm of your day. NEW Ā· BUILT-IN CHAT Talk to whoever you need without leaving the app. Message colleagues in your workgroup, or start a conversation with external users: owners, shipyards, fellow brokers. Decisions stay where the data lives, instead of scattered across personal messaging apps and email threads. • One-to-one and group conversations • Users inside and outside your workgroup • Real-time push notifications • Full searchable history NEW Ā· KANBAN FOR CLIENTS AND BOATS Every deal is a card, every stage a column. Drag it across, and the whole team sees the update. From first enquiry to signed contract, you always know what moved and what's stuck. • Boards shaped around your own sales process • Cards linked to clients and boats • Owners, priorities and deadlines at a glance • No lead left buried at the bottom of a list KNOW YOUR CLIENTS PROPERLY Detailed contact records covering boating habits and full activity history. Find anyone starting from whatever detail you remember. The CRM suggests who's worth calling today, and the direct link between contacts and boats automates the match between demand and supply. YOUR FLEET, WITHOUT THE DATA ENTRY Complete boat records with specs and images. The WikiNauta encyclopaedia fills in standard technical data automatically, and the copy-boat function removes the repetitive work of loading similar models. ONE CLICK, EVERY PORTAL Multicasting publishes once and syncs automatically to your website and to national and international portals. No duplicate entry, no listings out of step with each other. Your site connects via API or plugin and feeds visits and buyer interest straight back into the CRM. QUOTES AND PROPOSALS Build quotes for new boats from official shipyard price lists, with optionals and custom configurations. Send boat specs, brochures and proposals as PDFs, ready to read. BERTHS Manage berths for sale and rent, with access to the Navisnet Marketplace so you can offer the whole network's inventory alongside your own. BOAT SHOWS Organise your presence at shows and run the reception desk straight from your phone. 7 LANGUAGES Interface in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Russian and Dutch. Automatic translation of notes, plus boat specs, brochures and quotes generated as PDFs in all seven. CLOUD AND SYNC Every action syncs with the Navis 2 desktop client and with every account in your workgroup. Your data lives in the cloud: no risk of losing it to hardware failure or theft, and we handle the backups. Import your boats and contacts and you're working from day one. Download iNavis Next and carry the office with you. Requires an active Navisnet account.
